Poorly insulated room, deplorable bathroom and non-existent service, only 1 cleaning out of 4 nights, no replacement of toilet paper. To top it off, we ordered a taxi through the hotel and it never came... the host speaks very poor English.

We were afraid of bad reviews but it was a very clean, adequate hotel with friendly staff. The location is very good, three minutes from the tram stop and we liked the hotel very much for a two star hotel. They refunded us the day we left the hotel and the rooms were clean. We had no problems at all, on the contrary we liked it very much.

Today is Monday, September 9. I left the room on the 5th and the 100 euros they withheld from me have still not been returned. This was supposedly returned within 48 business hours. I have written to them and they have not responded yet.Update, as of 09/23/24 they have not returned the 100 euros to me, it is still withheld. It's a scam

Small rooms but clean, hotel staff friendly and helpful. Good location, short tram ride or walk to central station. Just across the road from coffee shop ibiza so handy for the smokers. Shop also has a cute cat. Would stay again and recommend to others.

My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights, our room was clean, tidy and didn’t smell. The room had everything we needed but is quite small with barely enough room to put our luggage on the floor and the wardrobe provided is too small to really use it. The bathroom has a shower and toilet inside with the basin in the main room area. Overall the room was good.On our first full day as we were leaving for the day our door wouldn’t lock behind us. We had to wait for someone to arrive as there are only staff here from 10am-8pm. When we raised the issue with reception they let us know 1) they were aware of the issue 2) there were many other rooms that had dodge locks 3)…. That they were not going to fix it during our stay. Thankfully nothing was stolen (as they have a sign on reception stating that they were not responsible for theft…but they definitely would be in the case of NOT FIXING A FAULTY LOCK) but we won’t be coming here again SOLEY for the lack of concern about the issue and the lack of urgency to get this fixed. It was extremely disappointing that even though they knew the door was broken before we arrived and yet they didn’t let us know or move rooms.
