We spent three days in the hotel. The extremely friendly staff, the ideal location, and the delicious breakfast gave us a lovely stay.Unfortunately, the cleanliness in the hotel leaves a lot to be desired, stained curtains, dirty bed scarf, dirty coffee machine, mold in the bathroom, shower door doesn't close, end strips and mirror in the bathroom broken, thick dust, no wardrobe in the room.

Lovely hotel in a great central location beside a canal. The room was adequate if a bit small but it was a single room. It was clean, the bathroom was good. The staff were really nice, friendly and very helpful

They gave me a terrible room, a very narrow bed, after having paid more than 150 euros via Booking, without the right to exchange it. I felt ripped off

The hotel is clean, the location is central, the staff is friendly, but as for sitting in the hotel garden in the evening, the officer who worked the last evening said it closed at ten, while the previous ones did not. Also make sure you ask for a river view room when booking, the remaining rooms are small and dark.

Picturesque hotel and our room overlooking the canal was spacious. There was a slight problem with the cooling but the staff did everything they could to make it right. Lovely garden in back, elevator, breakfast available. We were able to walk everywhere from here.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. Too old and dirty, the carpet in the room was in a poor condition, the bathroom got moldy, they charge super expensive. I paid more than $600 and when I left there (it was the last hotel of my trip) I began to feel itchy all over my body and in my country a day later I went to the doctor and they told me that I had suffered a bedbug attack. I requested a refund for my two-night stay and the hotel did not want to be responsible. I attached the photos so that you guys are careful about taking this hotel that does not have a cleaning protocol and is not responsible for what happened to me

The number seemed small to us, but this is not news for Amsterdam. Everything else is a five.

Small, not very clean, but very central.|The staff is very kind|Unfortunately in the historic center they don't have air conditioning and they use fans and coolers with ice... in short, it was dying of heat! …
