Very friendly, owner-operated hotel in a central yet quiet location with good cycle paths in the area.The building structure is massive; Even though the hotel was full, we didn't notice anything from the other guests.The breakfast is high quality and generous (see other guest article), is constantly refilled, and always looks appetizing and tidy.The landlady once prepared us some food in the evening, even though the kitchen was (almost) closed. We felt very comfortable all around and will be back.

Very clean hotel. Absolutely friendly hosts. You feel good. Taken after 9 p.m. after we had to escape from a disastrous holiday apartment. We can recommend it without reservation. By the way, the food is excellent.

Hotel is well managed. The boss cannot be overlooked. Parking situation can be a bit difficult when the house is full. Only booked breakfast which is highly recommended.(Dinner would also be possible) One of the few hotels that offer bakery goods (not cheap baked goods) and good jam. The rest such as meat, egg dishes etc. Quality that you unfortunately can't get everywhere.

We spent another very nice short vacation with Uwe and Leyla Neuses. We enjoy the family atmosphere, the very clean rooms, the delicious breakfast, the chef's cooking skills and, above all, the feeling of being welcome every time we visit. We'd love to come back.

VERY NICE AND CLEAN ROOM, BUT THE GASTRONOMY SEEMS TO BE INSIDERABLE.14/12/2023 : Reservation request - 15/04/2024 : Confirmation received.04/07/2024, at 1450 p.m.: Upon arrival: note with telephone number on the entrance door. On the second call, at 3:20 p.m., Ms. Neuses tells us that because of the nice weather, they have decided on a spontaneous trip. She asks us to use the side exit and move into room 38. We would find a restaurant in the immediate vicinity. The next morning we asked Ms. Neuses why we hadn't been notified shortly beforehand. Answer: Everything worked out. They slept well and had breakfast. This is a great way to gloss over disrespect towards guests.CONCLUSION: When nothing is free anywhere else.

The first impression: friendly owners, warm atmosphere, I was immediately happy to be here.On the first evening, Uwe invited me for a beer. When he found out that I was a teacher and that we had become friends, he even allowed me to sit in the corner of the breakfast room. He used to have to stand in the corner a lot (me too).😉😉Leyla and Uwe have been running the hotel for over twenty years: courteous, friendly and always helpful. We chose a guest room at the Hotel Neuses for a weekend and are very satisfied with the experience. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, creating a pleasant atmosphere.The furnishings of the three-board room are modern and comfortable.The pillows were soft and the bed linen was high quality, guaranteeing a restful sleep.The Neuses couple were always friendly and helpful, whether at check-in or check-out, as well as in moments in between when our needs were met.We are very happy to recommend Hotel Neuses and look forward to returning again for an unforgettable stay!

Very clean room and wonderful beds. The breakfast buffet was well-stocked and everything tasted very good. The schnitzels are excellent. The salad you get is delicious and fresh. The baked potatoes are also delicious, as are the freshly cooked vegetables. The owners are very friendly and hospitable. For our next trip to Cuxhaven, we know where we want to stay and eat. Thank you very much for the hospitality!

At the Hotel Neuses you feel completely at home! The rooms are modern, extremely clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. The owners are very attentive and particularly friendly. The quiet location allows for a restful sleep. The hotel is the ideal starting point for excursions to nearby Cuxhaven, with its extensive offerings. Long sandy beaches and the interesting fishing harbor were our absolute highlights.

We were in Cuxhaven for a short vacation.We felt very comfortable at the Hotel Neues. The rooms were clean, the beds were great. We were able to sleep very well. The breakfast was great, enough choice.The host couple was very nice and fulfilled every wish. We can only recommend this hotel.

Two days' accommodation for 100 euros per night in a single room. Unfortunately, I ended up in the so-called mechanic's abode, 8 square meters of musty room to move around, watching TV and having to twist my neck. Saggy mini bed. So not worth the price. Reason: you are in a spa area. Positive: nice breakfast. Learning: don't trust the room pictures!
