This hotel is really to be avoided, the cushions had blood stains, we bought a stuffed toy we left it in the room during the day when we returned it disappeared we made a report, I think one of their staff, at steal without being mean. Likewise, the neighborhood is noisy. And the bathroom was disgusting to avoid, I strongly advise you.

Before arriving at this hotel, I had seen some bad reviews but stupidly chose to ignore them and go off the good reviews.When we arrived we went up some stairs and then through a door which took you outside (picture added)this was where our room was.I felt so unsafe thinking anybody could get up there. On our first night we struggled to get to sleep as we could hear everything going on outside. We were woken up at 3am by a horrendous sounding alarm which I can’t even describe the noise, it went on for quite a while. We were informed in the morning that it was a fire alarm, it’s good to know they have fire alarms but after already feeling unsafe in our room, the noise of the alarm really wasn’t nice. The shower was spraying everywhere soaking the bathroom which made the shower unusable, the sink was also covered in stains. The headboards were in shocking condition aswell. We went down to reception to complain when it got to the morning and they moved us to a different room which was actually inside the hotel, it was much better which I appreciated. If you’re going to book this hotel make sure to ask to be inside the hotel instead of in the rooms that are outside.The area the hotel is located in isn’t the best either , I feel it was quite a dodgy area of Amsterdam. I came to Amsterdam at the start of the year and stayed in Xo couture hotel which was absolutely lovely so I was shocked at how different our experience was this time in the same chain of hotel.If you click on my review it should show you the pictures.

Service was friendly and helpful.The room was dirty - towels... the bed didn't even have a protector + it was full of hair.A pungent smell came from the ventilation.Our window couldn't be opened. That means it was stuffy despite the air conditioning.

We stayed 3 days in end of this October. we had small double room- clean, big nice shower, double bed, cofee mashine was a plus with free cofee ☺️ Receptionists Yaroslav and Valt were helpful, polite and spoke english well. Location is good- straight bus from Airport stops in front of hotel, trains and electric buses in front, 20 min to the center, parks on the way, nice to go by bicycle. 3 supermarkets near by, Turkish fruit shop and Turkish restaurants with buffe lunch. There is elevator and stairs. Breakfast available with few warm dishes. Check-in at 15 , we arrived earlier and made early check -n at 13 with extra 10€. It was good stay for us! Thank you!

This hotel doesnt look Nice on the outside, but inside is very good! If You Get room 150 You will smell sigaretts and a loud turkish yelling man from the restaurant downstairs! Other than that, shower pressure is Ok. Check your mattress for vomitstains after receiving room. Breakfast area not worth 15 euro as it is depressing, and dim lights. Smells like old wet carpet.The location is Ok, approximately 30 minutes to Amsterdam central. The market right in front is a big plus.

Nice place to be, good atmosphere, a nice neighborhood, Muslim friendly, everything is nearby walking distance, the room are nice, somehow not insulated from sounds from other rooms fully but it does the work. The elevator is quite slow, but the stairs are practical. The reception was open and the guy was not only cute and handsome but well mannered as well. He was helpful and was ready to assist when in need. Foods are plenty nearby, you just need to walk and bam on the right you have food and as well on the left 🤣. The transport facilities are good, nearby trains station and bus stop. Quite cold outside when it comes, as the whole hotel is under heater effect, so don't catch a cold, well heat , well you know 🤣. Overall nice hotel, recommended with cleaners and room service on time.

You check in using a computer. I think this seems very impersonal. Personally, I prefer to be helped by someone sitting at the reception. You are quite far from the city, but this is very easy to reach by tram (line 7), provided they are running (due to the heavy traffic, there may be delays).We were in room 175, we did not expect the hotel to be so big. The hallway was really long. There is carpet everywhere, which is not very nice for people with dust mites. Furthermore, the rooms looked super neat, the bathroom was clean. The beds were comfortable.

It is much more than its exterior appearance, the rooms are comfortable, soundproof, clean, the staff is friendly and quickly addresses any concerns. Daily cleaning service. C Cial in front and in the Hema store there is a perfect cafeteria for a very cheap breakfast. The bus stop to and from the airport gives it a lot of added value, also with transportation to the entire city, even to other cities like Rotherdam.

The hotel can be easily reached from Centraal by public transport (tram line 7; bus line 21).The area around the hotel is very busy and comparatively loud due to the streets in the immediate vicinity and the large number of shops, restaurants and snack bars under the hotel (ground floor).Opposite the hotel there is an urban sub-center with many shops, food markets and a Turkish/Arab dominated market.The hotel's rooms are all located along an extremely long hallway (Infinity...) and are modernly furnished. They are clean and absolutely OK. The service at reception is friendly and helps you with automatic check-in.The breakfast room stands out negatively compared to the rest of the hotel's appearance. It is simply in need of renovation.Overall, the price/performance ratio is just okay compared to other hotel prices in Amsterdam.

TLDR: We caught either bed bugs or scabies in this hotel.I'll first of all say that during our stay, we had a pretty enjoyable time, for the cheap price of this hotel in the area.But now the nightmare starts. About a week or two after our stay, my girlfriend started developing red, itchy bumps on her forearms. A few days later I had them as well. For who isn't familiar: this overlaps exactly with the incubation times of both bed bug bites and scabies. Doctors say it's either one and we should start treating for both. I don't have clothes to wear anymore because they're all in plastic bags. I have to apply a cream on my whole body daily and can't shower for the next 3 days. I'm a student at uni so I can't see my friends or parents for the weekend.Concluding from all the other 1-star reviews I've now seen, all mentioning either bed bugs or scabies, I'm confident that this hotel is just completely riddled with either one or both and should be avoided at any cost. THE LOW COST IS NOT WORTH THE WEEKS OF TREATMENT FOR THE DISEASES YOU CATCH.
