Very customer unfriendly! They offer something different on the website and if you indicate this (namely: unsleepable sofa bed) the manager does not want to help in any way. Staff unanimously say that they cannot let us sleep in this room, but the manager will only help us if we pay extra. Scandalous!!! Now 3 people have to sleep in a small double bed. We will never come here again and advise everyone to stay away.

What a crappy hotel this is!! They say there is a sofa bed, but then you just lie on a hard couch (no mattress!). The staff are eager to help but have no authority and are clearly afraid of the manager. We have been waiting for two hours and it is almost 1am but the staff keeps saying that the manager is not responding and does not want to solve the problem. Don't book here!!! You really don't want this!

Hotel was good nice and clean! However the lady receptionist tried her upmost hardest to double charge me city tax!!! Which was already payed for on booking.com. Even though proof was provided on the payment she insisted I should still pay! After a few minutes stand off she made a petty excuse saying it did not show up on her system! Something needs to be done management because your employees are stealing from your customers

A really decent hotel, rooms were a good size and a really lovely view of the harbour. Breakfast was good, had a decent variety of food. Its about a 10 min walk to the nearest bus stop. we had food here one night which was okay, nothing special. ||Overall we had a good stay.

A very modern, large hotel, about 6 bus stops away from Amsterdam Centraal.Very clean and quiet. The staff in the breakfast room and reception were always friendly, competent and helpful. The breakfast was rich and varied, the coffee was a delight! The only thing that was annoying was the fact that the window couldn't be opened, so we tried to use the air conditioning to bring fresh air into the room, which was successful.

A beautiful hotel with a large lobby, bar and restaurant. I was only there for a short time and was able to go for a walk by the water. There is a small souvenir stand with a nice selection. Coffee and drinks can be purchased around the clock.Perfect hotel for private and business, modern and clean.

Worst hotel experience I had in my life. The worst thing was that the extremely rude hotel staff (younger mid-20ies guy) tried to charge my credit card double at check-out even after I explained multiple times that I booked via check24 and everything was already paid before check-in. Not only did he not listen or check the system properly first before he assumed I was wrong, he just said „no you haven’t paid!“ and then proceeded to charge my card again without my consent. Luckily my bank rejected the charge as fraudulent. What would have happened if it went through? Would I ever have gotten my money back? Probably not considering he only agreed to look at the invoice I had in my emails after the charge was rejected.Minor other inconveniences: Rooms are not cleaned, only bed is made and fresh towels are brought (in a one week stay); towels are often dirty though; once housekeeping took my spare keycard from the room and left some cleaning utensils. View is nice. All in all, I would never consider another visit. If you’re looking for a convenient stay or bare minimum hospitality, look somewhere else.
