The apartment is very nice and well located. It's a shame, however, that there are too many prohibition signs. Large parts of the apartment were quite pointlessly marked as private, including a gallery with a very comfortable seating area that is not allowed to be entered, but is clearly visible in the advertising photos. I only felt a limited sense of hospitality because the owner marked his territory so emphatically.
