At first the staff was very friendly, but after a while it became more and more annoying. We've even been insulted & if we don't like it, we should move out. He gossiped about us to other guests in our presence. We tried to have a conversation, but no one responded. It wasn't a vacation to relax, it was pure stress. One day the boss stood in our room and looked through our things. That brought everything to a boil and we moved out again. Will and cannot recommend this holiday accommodation option!!

The price-performance ratio including the breakfast was okay and reasonable so you shouldn't really expect more. Only the inside of the building and the interior were a bit old. The beach and the sea make up for a lot.

No no....we won't be going there anymore...Welcomed by a nice older lady, she was completely surprised when we stood at the door....."I still have to make the beds," she said. In hindsight, it wasn't her fault. There was a note on the front door with a number on it. When we called there we had to pick up the keys in town... a 30 minute walk.At first impression the rooms were “okay”.There were no towels in the room, but we got them upon request (a shower towel and a small towel for 2 people). There was no wastepaper basket and the window in the bathroom was visible to the neighborhood when the light in the bathroom was on and it was dark outside...there wasn't onePrivacy protection."After showering, you didn't know exactly where to hang the wet towel. The radiator was extremely dirty. The rooms weren't even cleaned during these three nights and the towels weren't changed. That was the absolute highlight for us.The breakfast was ok.At least one of all the lamps in the room was broken...but I didn't think that was a big deal. What I found worst was that we had to pay 100 euros for the double room. With these defects an absolute no go.It's understandable if an old lady can't do it all on her own, but then you have to adjust the price.I wish the elderly lady all the best and that she gets to rest soon. I hope that my son will think about the prices if the rooms remain in this condition.

Unfortunately it was very shabby and the room was also very dirty. Bathing has a carpet that is probably 20 years old. This is available for €120.

We were warmly welcomed by the Frisian-friendly hostess. We were immediately offered a drink in the in-house restaurant. Privacy was highly respected and shifts in bed occupancy were permitted. The breakfast was rich and drinks were replenished at any time. If Norderney, then only to Wilhelmine.

We were completely satisfied. Although a duvet and cover were missing, we were immediately helped in a friendly and competent manner. We didn't have to lock our rooms either because there is no crime on Norderney. Very quiet location. Breakfast was excellent. Gladly again.

An all-round successful stay. Even though the hotel was fully booked, the hostess took a lot of time for us. The smallest concerns were readily taken care of. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. We would love to come back...
