We stayed in the Nordstrandperle for a week.We were satisfied so far, but what we don't think is possible at all:NO CONSTANT AND GOOD WIFI.The housekeeper was more than overwhelmed to get something done...THAT'S SIMPLY NO LONGER POSSIBLE THESE TIMESMany other recessions are months and years old.I don't know whether such recessions contribute anything to the current situation.

We have already stayed in the apartments H9, S5 and H7.Great atmosphere, very clean and absolutely cozy. Even on rainy days you don't feel sad staying in the accommodation.With Ms. Mares you always have a competent contact person on site. Any concerns could be resolved quickly. Which is not a given. Also highly recommended for people with walking difficulties.We would love to come back and can highly recommend it!Maybe...for me the Nordstrandperle Norderney deserves 5 stars 🌟

Our stay at the Nordstrandperle was absolutely perfect! The apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean andvery well equipped. The location is ideal, just steps from the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. The contact with Ms. Mares in particular was extremely friendly and helpful, and we felt at home right from the start. We have been here several times and will definitely come back again and again. The Nordstrandperle undoubtedly deserves 5 stars!

Very nice apartments, modernly equipped and very nice views. A little louder over Pentecost due to the party crowd, but that won't be any different across the island.

We stayed with the family for a week in the Nordstrand Perle and what can we say.It was outstanding.The apartments are beautifully furnished. Modern and bright and friendly.There is a contact person on site with a sweet dog.Ms. Volkery was a great help to us with all of our questions.Thank you for the all around successful holidayWe will be back

Really very nice and modern apartments! The apartments are about 50m from the beach. The apartments can be booked via Zimmerservice Norderney. The contact person on site is really very nice and helpful.We will come back in any case.

Good location. Modern furnishings. Toilet, shower, one room, only has one sliding door. Sink opposite, not in the same room. You enter the living room through a bedroom.

We found this beautiful apartment through Norderneyer Zimmerservice. Here you can safely store clothes for 6 weeks of vacation. We've never had so much storage space before and there were plenty of power sockets!!!

Initially appealing at first glance, but: difficult access to the actual apartment on the 1st floor via 2 quite long and steep staircase areas, the blackout curtain in the living area is extremely difficult to close with the two holding loops using the push button method, the window at the end of the staircase can be opened do not darken the night, balcony chairs are so heavy that they are almost impossible to carry or move, the floor covering of the shower area is extremely slippery, there is nothing anti-slip to lay on top of, so there is a high risk of accidents due to slipping, no possibility of holding on to a grab bar (Large, renowned apart-hotel chains have developed excellent solutions for this, just ask!), the floor area in front of the actual toilet always gets wet when showering, despite the doormat (even when showering extremely carefully), because the glass partition is simply too narrow Avoid shower water in front of the toilet area (there are far better solutions), the small fan barely manages to get the moisture and odors out of the room after showering, even with the toilet door open, 4 switches in the sleeping area (?) also for lighting the toilet / Shower area is inconveniently located (it would be better to place the switches right next to the toilet door), windows are not soundproof.The furnishings are functional; the reception area on the ground floor of the complex was almost never occupied during our stay.If these deficiencies or suggestions for improvement were remedied or implemented - despite a supposed redesign from 2020-2021(?), the rating could possibly change; Otherwise, I currently consider a rating of 2 stars to be fair and appropriate (and we travel a lot, so we have a lot of options for comparison).

Newly renovated, everything was very modern...we had our apartment on the upper floor and it is highly recommended.I would rather stay away from the others.

The apartments are small, but really well equipped and well thought out. Lots of cupboard space ensures order. Small, nice, and a good price-performance ratio for Norderney standards. In front of the apartments there is an open-air seating area with a view of high-rise buildings, a parking lot and a bit of the sea. Still a clear recommendation from our side (with dogs).
