Very nice and very good hotel right in the heart of Norderney, which I visited about 2 months ago. Excellent location, all trendy locations can be reached within a few minutes' walk.My room was on the 4th floor, the view was magnificent, with a view of Marienhöhe and even a bit of the North Sea. Everything was clean and spacious enough for me, with a free bottle of water. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet in the hotel; I couldn't confirm that there was any loud background noise (but that may have been because I was on the road for a very long time).Even though I arrived at 10 a.m., I was able to check in straight away (after a short waiting period for a free cappuccino from the breakfast buffet😊), which I thought was great. The service at reception was very courteous and nice.Unfortunately I can't comment on the breakfast as I didn't book it.I was very satisfied and would check in as a guest again.

June 20244 stars = goodRecommended 👍🏻🙂(5 stars would be extremely good... That would be a hotel with a lot of luxury, which doesn't apply here)Nice, friendly, helpful employees 🙂Elevator to all floors. The rooms are very large and equipped with everything you need.We had a room with vinyl flooring, more hygienic than carpet and allergy-friendly👍🏻Although the hotel was busy, it was quiet. It is located in the middle of town and everything is easy to reach from here.Small fridge in the room 👍🏻2 bottles of mineral water for free 🙂The bathroom is quite narrow. But has storage space around the sink.Towel racks are just hooks on the wall.A normal hairdryer is available 👍🏻The hotel/room is clean and appears well maintained. However, the curtains were dirty (grease?)... 🤔 They may have been caught in the windows...The breakfast room looks inviting and the breakfast buffet is rich and replenished quickly. There are only pots for tea... Tea bags for 1 cup would be nice too. There is an orange juice machine = freshly squeezed juice 👍🏻Price for a double room + child on sofa bed = €200. In addition, breakfast costs €20 per adult, €10 for children. It's a high price, but it's one of the cheaper hotels here on Norderney. The island is expensive 🙈

Nice hotel, the room was clean (the curtain had probably been killed by insects). It is centrally located, everything is within walking distance. The hotel is pet friendly and the breakfast is great. Why only four stars? Yes, we had booked with a discount, unfortunately my wife only checked the bill on the ferry and hey presto we paid the full price. And let's be honest, the island surcharge is steep, on the mainland I would easily pay 30% less for room and breakfast. Nevertheless, we had great days and slept well, that's the most important thing. And the staff is very friendly, which isn't the case everywhere.

A lovely hotel in the heart of Norderney. You are right in the center and the beach can be reached within a few minutes. The rooms are very spacious, tidy and clean for my taste. The staff is extremely accommodating and the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. We'll be back next year!

Very clean, well-maintained hotel with top housekeeping!Big praise to the team! If at some point a room is available at the right time (books up quickly), we will definitely come back!Rooms are very clean, just not the latest equipment, it didn't bother us!There is a small supermarket on the ground floor - very practical! The view from the upper floors is a dream and in this location the price-performance ratio is more than okay.

The hotel is located right in the busy city center. This makes it very popular for night owls and groups who want to really let loose on Norderney. It is correspondingly noisy in the hallways in the evenings/at night, as there is probably already "pre-heating" in the rooms and then go party. If you are looking for peace and quiet on vacation, this hotel is not for you!! Families should also check into another hotel. The staff is very friendly.Checking in/checking out went smoothly. The rooms are clean and sufficiently large. The breakfast is tasty and sufficient, but the filter coffee was not to my taste. The coffee from the fully automatic machine was tastier.
