Hello/Good evening, to you who look at the reviews on the way to the hotel because you didn't think to do it before, turn around and take another hotel.2/3 toilets for around 50 occupants if not more1 shower for the same numberArmored rooms all tight and mixed, yes mixed I'll let you imagine the problem when there are occupants 30 years apart.Cokainoman in my friend's room,Guys who had a good look at the poor girls who were staying in our rooms. Also delighted to find someone sitting or lying where I sleep, I also advise you to sleep first because the smell takes over the lungs. The shower? You will be cleaner by going 1 week without washing. The toilets? Tight buttocks.Courage to the French girl at reception who was very understanding of our frustration. Finally, I hope you find a solution to not sleep in this hotel

Shabby hotel! trash cans in the hallway, the common areas are dirty and the rooms what can I say: the carpets have not been washed for months (don't look under the beds), no curtains, constant urban noise, rotten sink with dirty joints, a mini trash cans overflowing and worst of all the beds, sheets not changed (hair, hair of all kinds, crumbs and especially blood stains!!). Hotel to avoid absolutely! Unacceptable!!!

All reviews here are accurate. Filthy establishment, BED BUGS, sinks don’t work, disgusting rooms, noisy area with no air circulation, fans or air conditioning, no soap or toilet paper in bathrooms, no hot water, nothing is ever cleaned and it’s seriously a health hazard and should be shut down. Staff were rude, aggressive, condescending and unprofessional. All complaint emails completely ignored following my stay, which has been routinely mentioned in other reviews. The silence doesn’t seem to be a coincidence! Stay anywhere else - even the street would be better!!!

Bed bugs!!! Bed Bugs!!!There were two of us, we slept in bunk beds and we were both completely bitten by bed bugs, but given the hygiene standards you would have guessed, never again!I don't even want to describe the miserable rest of the hostel in much detail, the bed bugs should scare you off enough.

🆘🆘 NEVER STAY IN THIS PLACE🆘🆘Wish I could give minus stars!!! This is the most horrible horrible place I have ever stayed. I have seen prison cells I would rather live in. Me and my girlfriends were in complete shock. The rooms were not cleaned at all and the duvets were stored on a very dirty floor in the hallway after which the beds were made with them. There were smeared animals and blood on the walls everywhere and animals crawling in my bed all the time. I then found out that there were bedbugs when I got home because there I got a nice surprise with red boils everywhere that itched and stung so much I have never experienced anything worse in my life. We have had to pay for medicine and creams and DKK 6,000 on top of that for pest control. It is now 14 days since I came home and I still have spots everywhere. Had to call in sick for a week and called the on-call doctor one evening when I really felt like I was going to die. Our lovely MALE roomie (we were three girls staying together) lay in my bed several times even though we asked him not to and was really mean. Besides that, there were no curtains in our room, so we got a nice early start to the day when we were woken up at 06 with the sun right in front of you. There is nowhere to put your things and there is so little space that you cannot walk around the room if they are on the floor. There was cold water in the shower and you almost felt dirtier than when you went in when you got out. There was nothing I can point out that worked at this hostel, several times we couldn't get into our room as the key cards didn't work in any way so we had to go down to reception and get them fixed every time we had to enter. There was a smell of rotten food every time you entered and it was generally some very sketchy types who lived there. If you want to have trauma for life, choose this hostel:)

I stayed at Princess Hostel Amsterdam last weekend, and it was a disappointing experience. The rooms were tiny, dirty, and had a constant, unpleasant smell that made it hard to feel comfortable. Hygiene and maintenance clearly need improvement. The bathroom was especially cramped—you could barely move—and one morning, a fellow guest got locked in the shower for at least 30 minutes before someone could free her.The only positive is the hostel’s location, close to the city center, making it easy to explore Amsterdam. Unfortunately, the location alone doesn’t make up for the poor conditions. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless proximity to the center is your only priority.
