We visited the guest house in winter 2023 and were very impressed. Ms. Lödermann is a very, very nice woman who gave us lots of information about Garmisch Partenkirchen and the surrounding area.The room was nice in an old style with a very modern bathroom. The breakfast was very good and tasty with a lot of choice. It is very centrally located, which means you can get to the city quickly, although the ski resort is best reached by car or bus if you come here to ski.All in all, it was a very nice stay and the guesthouse is definitely recommended.

The guest house is quiet and central. Everything is very easy to reach on foot. We had the room for 3 people with a mountain view and enough space. The breakfast was delicious and generous.Ms. Löderman is a very likeable woman who gave us great tips about our excursions. Up to that point we hadn't been "well-versed" in the mountains😊, so the recommendations were worth their weight in gold.We would like to thank the Lödermann couple once again for the great accommodation. Terrific!The Lödermann family's guest house met all of our expectations for a wonderful holiday. Friendly welcome, clean, well-kept room with a view of the mountains. Every day, in addition to the good breakfast, we received expert tips about our planned excursion destinations. She had an open ear for all guests and their concerns.We wish the Lödermann family all the best and always satisfied guests like we were.We'd love to come back.

Our vacation with the Lödermann family in July 2022 was extremely successful and we recovered well. The "weather god" was on our side, the accommodation (double room with balcony) was good and the "landlady" was the "hit"! Every morning she prepared us a delicious breakfast and was open to our wishes. We were able to discuss all of our suggestions for our daily program with her and received lots of tips. We would have loved to take her with us every day. She conveyed her knowledge brilliantly without “talking” us into any goal. The employees of the tourist information office could do an apprenticeship with her on site. When I finally forgot the reading glasses, a small package arrived immediately and a kind greeting - the glasses were back with me. We were allowed to stay at Lödermann's house for 10 nights. The guesthouse is in a quiet location. The garden, balconies and all other outdoor areas are lovingly landscaped with various plants. The rooms and sanitary facilities are clean and comfortable. Exude a homely atmosphere. The Lödermann couple are incredibly friendly, always helpful and always have an answer to thousands of questions about the surrounding area, hiking trails, travel times for buses, trains, cable cars, gondolas, etc. I would particularly like to mention Ms. Lödermann at this point, who made our vacation what it was and what it ultimately was with lots of excursion tips and advice on the various hiking tours. Simply outstanding. Thank you at this point.Right around the corner you can stock up on drinks and food from Edeka and Lidle, which we needed on our hiking tours.After a 10-minute walk you have reached the city center, which has everything your heart desires. The spa park invites you to various concerts in the evenings free of charge.So...all the conditions you need to have a great vacation.Will definitely recommend this guesthouse to friends and will certainly not be there for the last time.

We can wholeheartedly recommend this guesthouse. It is located in a quiet residential area and yet only a 10-minute walk from the city center. The room is cozy - with a wonderful large balcony. It was always clean and tidy (including a folded nightgown ;-)). For breakfast we chose coffee and orange juice. Every morning there was a selection of sausage and cheese plus yoghurt. There was always delicious jam available for those with a sweet tooth. We were also always allowed to have breakfast outside, in a dry, sometimes sunny place. The motorcycle stayed in a garage and there was space for the car in the yard.Ms. Lödermann always explained and/or suggested excursion destinations to us with numerous tips. We would be happy to come back if we vacation in Garmisch-Partenkirchen again. All the best to you!

Very nice and family guesthouse. Quiet but centrally located - the centers of Garmisch and Partenkirchen can be reached quickly on foot. Large room (double bed) with mountain views from your own balcony. Even the bathroom had a view of Partenkirchen's local mountain! The special thing about the guesthouse is the hostess, who welcomes her guests very warmly and always has a good tip for a trip, a restaurant or an activity. There is no such thing in any hotel. We had a great vacation and would love to come back!

This summer we stayed at the Lödermann guesthouse for 8 nights. The hostess was very friendly. We had a delicious breakfast and always received valuable tips about our day's tours. The house is designed in Bavarian style with attention to detail. The room was clean, comfortable and had a beautiful balcony with a view of the mountains.
