Very nice staff, rooms & lobby very clean. It's a 2 minute walk to the lake. High-quality furniture, comfortable box spring bed! Everything is just perfect!

I spontaneously stayed at the Amendes Haus am See for one night! The welcome was very friendly and the room with a lake view, as well as the bathroom, is spacious and clean! A balcony with a small seating area is also included. The breakfast is varied and very tasty! The young hostess takes great care of everyone. Everyone at the Hotel Zum Hochreiter is also very nice and accommodating.In short a great hotel!!!The Brombachsee can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. There are many opportunities to do something there and there is even a great playground for younger visitors.It's always worth a trip (even over the weekend).

We stayed in the Lake Front Junior Suite, 1st floor for 3 days in August. The hotel (with its own parking space) is still very young, i.e. the outdoor areas still have to be designed over time. The visible walls between the apartments on the balconies were delivered shortly before, but not yet installed. But that didn't affect us during our stay, we had the suite on the corner.The Junior Suite offers enough space for 2 people, the box spring bed is super comfortable and a third person could sleep on the pull-out couch. There is a large fan above the bed and there is no air conditioning. Bathroom (with toilet) is well lit and has a walk-in shower. Unfortunately, the skylight is mounted so high that you cannot open or close it without climbing onto a chair. We would have liked a little more storage options or hooks. We missed a coffee machine or kettle for our first coffee in the morning. You could have walked across the outside corridor into the breakfast room - but if you would like to drink your coffee in your pajamas and bathrobe on the balcony in the morning sun……….The breakfast buffet was included and really extremely varied and super good. Everything fresh and lovingly prepared.You can have lunch/dinner in the opposite main building Café Restaurant Zum Hofreiter with Franconian cuisine. Very nice service there, always full, varied, delicious cuisine, reservation recommended.Conclusion: The Amendes family is extremely empathetic and really puts a lot of effort into making their guests' stay as pleasant as possible.

Very nice, newly opened hotel. Had a room with a lake view, which was lovely. Beautiful surroundings, parking lot right next to the house, delicious breakfast, new and very clean rooms, boss and team super nice and friendly, restaurant "Hochreiter" in the immediate vicinity, you can eat very tasty food here. From reception (boss) to departure, everything was great. The rooms are very spacious, very clean, comfortable beds. Great breakfast buffet, selection including various coffee specialties, very rich with regional products. Free parking available. Just a few minutes walk to the lake. There are bike and rickshaw rentals on site. Inn next door with a large selection of food and drinks. Only recommended. For us it was a very nice and relaxing short vacation. Thanks for that.

Successful reopening of the Amandas Haus am See!Rooms are modern and tastefully furnished. Bathroom is large and equipped with a rain shower.Ideal starting point for activities around the lake.Breakfast left nothing to be desired. The inn “Zum Hochreiter” is next door and is part of the Amendes. As a house guest you can easily get a table there and enjoy the delicious food in a pleasant atmosphere!The staff is very friendly and the boss is concerned about the well-being of the guests.For us it was a successful short vacation. We will come again.

Very nice newly built hotel with clear architecture just a few minutes walk to the lake, super nice owners and staff, great service, an ultra delicious breakfast buffet, beautiful rooms with a great bathroom. All around great!We really enjoyed our time out there!Very happy again!

Very nice hotel, very good location 3 minutes walk to the beach, very nice service! Beautiful rooms, everything very new and well maintained. The breakfast was also very tasty, there was a lot to choose from and it was always replenished quickly if something was empty. Highly recommended for a few days of relaxation and a great vacation! Gladly again!

Very nice hotel with a perfect location!The rooms are beautifully designed and the fan on the ceiling ensures a pleasant room climate even in hot temperatures. The very friendly hotel operators make it easy to feel comfortable straight away.
