Bonjour, je viens témoignée de mon mécontentement car je suis vraiment déçu de leurs services.J’ai réservé une chambre double avec annulation gratuite. 2 semaines avant notre départ pour Amsterdam, mon partenaire a perdu ces pièces d’identités donc on est obligé d’annuler le voyage car il faut 8 semaines pour les refaire. Je décide d’annuler la réservation. A ma grande surprise il me dise que j’aurai zéro 0.00€ de remboursement. vu que j’ai déjà annulé ma réservation ils me disent qu’ils ne peuvent plus me remettre ma réservation. Donc je perds mon argent et je perd ma réservation. Est ce normal de tout perdre comme ça ? Normalement si c’est annulation gratuite donc c’est remboursable ne serait ce qu’à 50%. Ou bien c’est pas annulable donc pas remboursable. Faites attention à vous , ce sont des arnaques. Ils vous mettent annulation gratuite mais vous allez juste perdre votre argent et votre réservation.Hello, I have just expressed my dissatisfaction because I am really disappointed with their services. I had booked a double room with free cancellation. 2 weeks before our departure for Amsterdam, my partner lost his identity papers so we are forced to cancel the trip because it takes 8 weeks to redo them. I decide to cancel the reservation. To my great surprise they tell me that I will have zero refund of 0.00 €. Since I have already canceled my reservation they tell me that they can no longer give me my reservation. So I lose my money and I lose my reservation. Is it normal to lose everything like that? Normally if it is free cancellation then it is refundable even if it is only 50%. Or it is non-cancellable therefore non-refundable. Be careful these are scams. They give you free cancellation but you will just lose your money and your reservation.But what is this policy? Free cancellation, non-refundable? It's not better than you saying that it is not cancellable, at least things are clear and people will not expect to be reimbursed in the event of a problem. Because I don't understand why you are offering free cancellation if it is to make customers lose money and their reservations. Or are you planning to get rich like that? You are playing with words, you are taking people for nothing. Are you telling me that you offered to change the date? Or you offered to book another date that will be at our expense! And if we agree to pay for another date then maybe you will refund our initial reservation. The third party you are talking about sent you the money for our reservation that you refuse to refund us.

Doesn't look much from the outside , but inside was clean and pleasant , room spacious tho to be warned , no tea or coffee making facilities in room , they have vending machines in Lobby , breakfast was usual continental but I think a tad over priced , but ok selection , tram 17 that takes u too the main parts is about a mile walk from hotel and then about a half tram ride to red light district , u can buy a tram pass that gives u 24 hours for €9 which also covers buses etc just not the metro line , but u can just tap your credit or debit card to pay when u hop on and offThe exterior of hotel looks run down , shame really , if they just tidied up front and sorted gardens it would be so much better , but rooms good , shower nice and hot with good pressure and room and en suite were clean and tidy

The rooms offer good comfort and are super large. The service is great because you can find multilingual staff who are helpful. The extra service with bus and tram tickets makes your stay easier. As well as renting bicycles.

Guests standing right in front of the hotel smoking with no regards for others even though there was a no smoking sign where they were standing to smoke and the hotel did nothing about it so you go with the smoke smile. Room was cold first night and was told we will have to come to reception ourselves to collect portable heaters, this for me is not good enough as all that should have been check before the room was given. The breakfast and the showers made up for it.

Really great place to stay! The room and bed were massive, and very comfortable and very clean. The hotel is located in a great spot, very quiet and easy to jump on the tram and head to town. Check in was a breeze and the gentleman behind the counter was absolutely lovely!

More than enough for those who are mobile. Quiet area, five minutes drive away there is a nice shopping center and even a laundromat.But the city center is around half an hour away by car

The hotel is recommended, even for longer stays, for example a business trip. My room was large and clean. The double bed was a pleasant size at 1.80m, so two people could sleep well. It was also very comfortable.The hotel is a bit noisy, so you never feel completely alone, be it your neighbor singing in the shower, the party kids or the baby next door. The doors are also a bit loud. But that doesn't really bother you and is nothing unusual in hotels... The staff is just as nice and helpful.The hotel is a little further out, but is well connected to the city center with tram 17. On the other hand, it is quieter here and there is a bit of nature to see between the tram station and the hotel: rabbits, geese, small parrots (!) etc... Overall, I felt very comfortable in the hotel and would book here again.

The hotel is very nice, its facilities are quite good, complaints are generally made that the rooms are stuffy, but it is true that they lock the windows so that they do not open too much, and they only open very little. Since I am a non-smoker, this was not a problem at all, the only thing missing was that there was no refrigerator in the room. I would like to thank the reception for the taxi organization.
