We have just returned from a wonderful holiday stay in holiday home Alp11 in Garmisch Partenkirchen. Holiday home Alp11, what a beautiful holiday address. The house is very modernly furnished. Absolutely everything you need can be found there. A beautifully equipped kitchen with all the trimmings, beautiful bedrooms with good beds, a very nice and clean bathroom with toilet, vanity unit and rain shower. Furthermore, there is good WiFi everywhere, you have a beautiful private garden, a washing machine and at least 2 private parking spaces.The house also has a great location. If you are in the garden of the house, you can quietly enjoy the view of the mountains from the lounge set, but at the same time you are also a 5-minute walk from the shopping center. Thomas and his wife (the owners of the house) are 2 super nice people who consider hospitality to be of paramount importance. If they can help you with anything, nothing is too much for them and they will provide you with all the information you ask for.Thomas and Sandra, thank you for the wonderful holiday the four of us had with you. If we are ever in the Garmisch Partenkirchen area again, we will definitely come back to you.

Very nice house, perfectly equipped from kitchen utensils to washer-dryer. Picobello clean. Nice little garden with a view of the mountains right next to the house. Parking space next to the house. Shops, pedestrian zone and spa park can be reached quickly on foot. Very nice and always helpful landlords. Thanks to Thomas and Sandra for another lovely stay. We were here for the second time and would love to come back.

We had a wonderful week in Garmisch-Partenkirchen during our winter holidays.We are so excited that, quite uncharacteristically for us, we not only wrote a review but also booked again well in advance.After the warm welcome from our hosts Sandra and Thomas, we immediately felt at home. If we had any questions or requests, we were helped immediately.The holiday home is beautifully furnished and every detail has been chosen and decorated with love. The fireplace offers pleasant warmth, especially in winter, after a long walk or sporting activity on the slopes. The kitchen is perfectly equipped.The location is in the middle of town, so you can reach all the necessary shopping opportunities on foot and leave your car behind. Mountain railways and local public transport are also within walking distance. Despite the central location, you can still enjoy peace and quiet on the side street.Many thanks again to Sandra and Thomas.

A beautiful, quiet holiday apartment that is perfectly located! There is a parking space right in front of the door and bicycles can also be parked easily. The apartment is modern and very clean. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired - everything from a washing machine to a well-equipped kitchen is available. Very good communication with the landlord, with good tips. Gladly again and again!

The holiday apartment is clean, modern and furnished with attention to detail. It's actually in the middle of the city, but you forget that as soon as you stand in the backyard and see the beautifully landscaped garden and the mountain view. You have absolute peace. The nice and open host was easy to reach and would certainly have given you a lot more insider tips (if we had asked;) ). You could start hikes directly from the accommodation because, despite the central location, you can quickly find yourself in the countryside.
