Went on a uni trip there and forgot my powerbank in my room after check out. Couldn't find their number, but emailed them and they gave a prompt response, kept it aside and gave it to me later. Really nice staff.

They seem to nickel and dime for everything. €7 for a bloody towel, the showers have no wash up in them like other hostels in Europe, I don’t know how the hotel rooms are. The cafe they have also seems pricey for what it is.The hostel room I stayed in (6beds) had triple story bunk beds. I had the pleasure to sleep atop said triple story bunk bed. TRY CLIMBING OUT OF A SECOND STORY WINDOW WHEN YOU NEED TO GET TO THE WASH CLOSET!!! They are feel insanely dangerous to climb in and out of to the point I doubt their legality. Third floor bunk also seems to suffer from the fact that hot air rises since you end up sleeping against the ceiling.Everytime I went to the service desk there was a massive queue as there are far more guest then staff in the establishment. Same goes for the bartender in the cafe.Stop trying to jam to many guests into broom closets with dangerous bunk beds. All flash no substance.

They had me waiting for one hour for the check-in cause the room wasn't ready.I wrote with 2 months in advance to ask if they could try to put in the same room 6 people for which I made the reservation. They managed to put us in 4 different rooms...One hour before arriving in the hostel, they took me 290 euro from the card. When there I ask to pay the remaining part but instead they had me pay the total and told me to wait for the reimbursement of the 290 euro within 15 business daysThey loaded on the pos the payment of another customer and they accidentally let me pay the bill of another customerWhat can I say? For the service very very bad experience and 0 understanding or empathy from the staff. Maybe it's just an isolated case but I'm very disappointed ☹️Anyway the position is good, the rooms are okay but very small. The place is clean

I was at Generator Hotel for 4 days and it was horrible. Everything was bad: the service and the rooms. Let me go into detail. The sheets on my bed were dirty, just like my bedsheet. They replaced it for me, but not respectfully. I’m not happy. The breakfast tasted like food that doesn’t exist. Please improve your service. I got puisten from The pillow.

The hostel itself was clean and tidy. The rooms were modern and typical hostel living. My only frustration was the lack of communication for the hostel itself about the events they had going on during our stay. We booked as a large group in preparation for the marathon and not once were we told that a DJ set would be taking place every night until at least 4am! To top it off, 6 of us got put in the room directly above the DJ space and could feel the bass all night long meaning minimal sleep throughout our entire stay. When we asked to switch rooms and gave our reason why, we were simply told it would be between €250-300 to do so.
