I wish I could give a quarter star! This apartment is more of a museum than a holiday home. It seems like it hasn’t been updated since the 1940s, with furniture that looks like it’s from the wartime era and décor that’s just as ancient. The whole place has a musty, outdated feel that made it hard to believe we were in the 21st century. When my parents checked in, they discovered that half of the apartment didn’t even have electricity. We immediately contacted the management company, expecting a quick resolution. They sent an electrician, but he couldn’t fix the problem. When I asked how long the electricity would be out, they casually told me it would be out all weekend and that it was "okay because it doesn’t get dark until 10 pm." This response was outrageous. My parents are 80+ years old, they both wear glasses, and they need to use the bathroom—sometimes at night! The lack of concern for their safety and comfort was astonishing. Instead of offering a solution, we were told we’d have to wait until Monday because electricians don’t work on Sundays. This is simply unacceptable. I live in Germany, and I know that emergency services are available on Sundays, even if they come at a higher cost. The fact that the management company didn’t bother to arrange this speaks volumes about their lack of concern for their guests’ comfort and well-being. We were left in the dark—literally—for the entire weekend. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the list of issues didn’t end there. There was no parking available, despite it being a basic expectation for any holiday accommodation. When we asked about the washing machine, we were casually informed that the owner had taken it away for repairs. No prior notice, no alternatives provided, just an empty space where the washing machine should have been. This left my parents without any way to do laundry during their stay.Throughout all these issues, not once did the management company offer an apology or even acknowledge the inconvenience caused. Their customer service is unfortunately right on par with the worst stereotypes about Germany—indifferent, unhelpful, and completely lacking in empathy. It was as if they couldn’t care less about the experience of their guests, which is shocking given that hospitality is supposed to be their business. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-maintained holiday apartment with management that actually cares about your stay, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I’m genuinely embarrassed that I booked this place for my parents and wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. This was not the relaxing holiday I wanted them to have—it was a frustrating, outdated, and poorly managed disaster. Avoid at all costs.

If you intend to kill cockroaches throughout the house every day, which will be in your bed and in your hair, then this is the vacation for you. The location is good, the kitchen is fully equipped with utensils. The bed is clean. The whole holiday was ruined by cockroaches and spiders that were all over the apartment and no one even planned to clean them up. The price does not correspond to the quality.

Spacious holiday apartment in the Partenkirchen district with two bedrooms, kitchen and large living room. The furniture, beds and the rest of the interior are very old and sometimes not in good condition. The bathroom was renovated. There is a bus stop nearby.
