My family vacationed in this beautiful house and was thrilled.Everything is clean, nicely furnished and you immediately feel at homeWhen my loved ones come back to the North Sea they will book this house againThis is how we imagine vacation

Communication is really underground and costs nerves and, above all, time! And last but not least, the booking doesn't even go through and you are simply ignored!The contact form on the homepage is probably not the official way to inquire! After 3 days with no response, I called and was then referred to an external booking tool where a binding booking was made (on our part)!After 24 hours it will be automatically canceled if the landlord does not respond!There was no response to several emails and calls! Lost 7 days and took another house!Update:As written above, they did NOT respond!I'm well aware that as a host you don't have to accept every booking! But what is primarily criticized here is the process! And I listed it in pretty detail!(Incidentally, a direct rejection of the first request would not have resulted in a 1 star rating!)

We were in Burhave over Pentecost. This house leaves nothing to be desired. It was just wonderful. With a total of 14 people, including 5 children between 2 and 7 years old. We were warmly welcomed by the managers and everything was explained wonderfully. Because we had wonderful weather, the kids were in the pond every day. Simply refreshing and beautiful. The house had everything you needed. You could walk shopping. To the bakery every morning. It was also easy to walk to the water if it was there. All in all it was great. The small hut by the pond was also in great demand. And not musty etc. as some reviewers said. We would recommend this house without hesitation.👍

Great holiday home, friendly host and a reliable partner even in Corona times! We booked the house in spring 2020 and were unfortunately unable to arrive due to travel restrictions. The host took care of it immediately and refunded us the deposit immediately. Together we looked for a new date and found it so that we could still enjoy the beautiful house. Here you can really find everything you need for a luxury holiday (sauna, swimming pond, great kitchen, grill, table tennis table, etc...) we absolutely enjoyed the garden and the house, discovered new things every day and also made many trips to Butjadinger Country (bicycle) made. The landscape and people are wonderful. We will remember this wonderful and relaxing holiday with joy and for a long time

A short but intense weekend, and we traveled there for the second time. I can only reiterate how beautiful this house is. Nowhere have we found a better place to live. The new room in the loft of the house is beautiful.Special thanks to Mr. Guido Luer and Mr. Barg for the perfect stay and a great weekend.

The reservation of the beautiful Annelie house here at Traum-ferienwohnungen.de went very well, we were able to choose a period from the occupancy overview, we were able to take a good look at the house and found a lot of information. The communication and contact with the friendly and helpful landlord was great and very pleasant. This alone speaks for this great and extraordinary holiday home that is second to none.The house is absolute madness.Everything is there, for young and old, it feels like paradise.Definitely recommended. ♡

A beautiful house with a maritime flair. It left no questions unanswered and literally invited you to relax. In addition to real luxury such as the bath or sauna (our "SPA" :-), many loving details offered the right mix to forget everyday life and recharge your batteries! We'll definitely be back!!

We were 3 generations and found the house exactly as stated in the description. It was very clean, very well equipped.We immediately felt at home thanks to the loving and tastefully furnished details in every room.The house is located in a small settlement not far from the North Sea beach.The location of the house is highly recommended for many activities.The contact with the landlord was very nice right from the start and our questions were answered immediately.The kitchen was perfectly equipped, everything needed for a multi-course meal was there, we didn't miss anything.The beds were very good and the whole house was equipped to a very high standard.We can highly recommend this house, you can spend a wonderful holiday there, we would book this house again at any time.

Unfortunately the time went by too quickly. The house is very great and leaves little to be desired. We all really enjoyed it. It was very nice to live in this great house. The facility is new and exclusive. There is even a PS3 with lots of games. The kitchen is great and the fridge with the icemaker is great.

A dream home with an all-round carefree packageWe were there from the 6th to the 8th. April in this wonderful house. This stylishly furnished house is extremely well maintained and particularly clean. Absolutely everything you could want for a perfect holiday by the sea is there. The beautiful garden in particular was pure relaxation and fun for us and our children. The evenings at the fire basket and grill, playing and swimming at the pond... simply wonderful. We just felt comfortable - thank you Sandra and Matthes, Silvia and Moritz
