We rented the beautiful studio apartment and slept incredibly well. Very nice and helpful staff who helped carry the luggage, very clean room and friendly landlord. A delightful property, we have already booked our next stay! Top!!!

Very quiet location. Rooms are spartan but very comfortable. In the old building, the walls could be painted a bit and a coffee machine (with capsules, for example) in the basement would not be bad.

Great accommodation with a very warm host family.Was a great weekend.Super nice room with a balcony.Quiet location.Short distances to the center, where there are a few restaurants.Lots of ways to walk the dog.We would love to come back :)

I was a guest in the Sedelmairs' beautiful apartment for theater rehearsals for three weeks. Very nice hosts and a “must” is a visit to the restaurant in the house, because Mr. Sedelmairs cooks there himself. And he does it really well. Kind regards, Martin Armknecht

Nice little guesthouse, with a surprisingly good restaurant attached to it. Good WiFi and large rooms (at least the one I got). No breakfast, but 15 walk to great bakeries. Check out BIO bakery down town Grundwald. Also, check if you can hear the hens in the morning.

We always take the rooms for our family and friends. Everyone is thrilled, including us. The wine bar, which also belongs to the Sedlmair family, is an absolute insider tip. Good wines, excellent cuisine, cooked with love by the chef himself. A great spot in Grünwald that we really appreciate and enjoy visiting regularly. 😍😍😍😍

We have stayed at the Sedlmair guest house several times, both in the old building and in the new building, it was always good.What needs to be emphasized is that it is a guest house and not a hotel, although I have never stayed in a hotel where I was shown to my room by the receptionist. And the Sedlmaier property is not a spacious area where you can't find your way around....and...open your eyes...there are signposts!!!As already emphasized, it is a guest house, I always saw the drinks as a service and not as a minibar that is refilled daily.What I also think is a shame about Mr. Timmer is that you don't simply raise the "problems" such as fresh towels etc. with the owner...who, by the way, is always friendly and the friendliness is not required, such nonsense.We always enjoy coming and always feel in good hands with the Sedlmairs!
