We stayed in the hotel for one night and were overall satisfied. Friendly welcome at reception.However, the furnishings in the rooms are not worthy of a 4-star rating as they are very old. Our balcony door was warped and difficult to close. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious.There was a good selection at breakfast and efforts were made to refill items quickly.Overall we were satisfied, but the price-performance ratio is too expensive, especially with regard to the rooms.

Unfortunately, the hotel is very outdated, especially the bathrooms in the rooms urgently need to be renovated. The selection and quality of the in-house restaurant, including the ambience, have deteriorated significantly since the last visit about six years ago. The service makes up for a lot, but is forgetful and sometimes not well organized.

We've been there before and everything was 5 stars.Now there were only 3 dishes, 1 of which was vegetarian, my companions said that the meat was undercooked or dry, and my little cousin later had stomach problems. For some dishes there was no sauce and everything was very carelessly prepared, there was no dessert at all, considering the prices it should be better! Even my food heated up in the microwave for 4 days was better💀

Wonderfully nice reception even late in the evening. The bar worked overtime for us. The room was very nice, spacious and very quiet. The breakfast was exceptional with everything your heart wanted.If we are in the area again we will definitely come back.

Unfortunately the hotel doesn't live up to what you would expect from a four star hotel. Renovation backlog in many places. The window in our bathroom couldn't be opened. The announced minibar is an empty refrigerator. In our case, however, there was an empty mineral water bottle inside. The drawers on both bedside tables are stuck. We had booked half board. On the first evening my food was totally over-seasoned and my husband got a kind of children's portion. There was no refill at the breakfast buffet. Boiled eggs were out, the coffee machine ran out of water several times, the same problem with hot water. Croissants were only baked upon request. That took a long time. Not much happened on its own. Instead of fresh fruit salad, try a mushy canned fruit mix. The second dinner was better. Even at breakfast. There were other personnel responsible who worked with foresight. There were only two types of cheese, which is not enough for vegetarians. We cannot recommend the hotel. The price-performance ratio is not right.

We celebrated our wedding there with 30 people. The selected menu and the winter garden were beautifully presented and prepared. We would come back at any time for the next celebration.

The facilities are great and the front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Really liked the spa, great sauna and pool. Unfortunately the food was terrible. I ordered the ‘meat plate’ for dinner, and what I got served 50 minutes later was an extremely dry and tough piece of flavourless pork and a sausage that must’ve been cooked and warmed up several times before being served. What a pity.

The hotel is clearly showing its age and has a very old-fashioned decoration. The rooms were a bit more modern, but had old carpets.We were here for a conference and used the seminar rooms. These offered enough space.The hotel is mostly used by older people and you definitely have to rely on a car here. There's not much to find around it. It therefore offers people who are looking for pure relaxation a place to retreat.I would also rate the restaurant's food 3/5 stars. The risotto was very bland.

Surroundings are simply wonderful. Our room was good. Breakfast was great. Staff was super nice, very helpful and always in a good mood. Dinner was no revelation. The cook still has to learn how to use spices. Swimming pool was of a normal standard. Bio sauna was great. We felt very comfortable. Always my pleasure.

We have booked a wellness weekend. Unfortunately, at 7 a.m. on the day of arrival, we received an email saying that our massages were canceled because there were no staff there. That was very disappointing. But we had a discount. The staff is super nice and very helpful. The room was a bit old and the mattress was completely sagging, which wasn't good for my back. The room is carpeted and has seen its best days. Showering in the bathtub isn't my thing either. The pool was great and the hotel is in a really idyllic location. You can go for a lot of walks. The food was delicious and the breakfast buffet was sufficient. So our weekend was still very nice even without wellness.

Such a beautiful and quiet hotel.The stay was very pleasant and relaxing.The staff was also really friendly, accommodating and always in a good mood. :-)Our daughter has an allergy to animal milk and unfortunately they had to tell us on the first morning that the vegan milk had gone bad. She was asked what kind of drink she liked. The next morning our daughter had her very own vegan milk, exactly the one she had wanted. ^.^ Well if that's not nice. :-D That's a huge plus point. ^.^Definitely recommended. ^.^

Beautifully located in the heath. The hotel has lost its charm over the years. The food is not a revelation. In my opinion the 4th star is not justified.
