I recently spent 3 nights in one of the apartments in Chemnitz and would love to come back. Everything was clean, I was missing almost nothing. On top there would be a bathrobe and run-of-the-mill slippers, but that would be complaining on a high level. I felt very comfortable! Had a bit of a struggle with the water temperature when showering, as it had to be finely adjusted and there was an ebb and flow between too cold and too hot, maybe that needs to be improved. The rod of the shower head was too loose and came flying towards me, one of the legs of the sink was loose and the curtains on the curtain rod were also messed up a bit, given my temperament I was a bit worried that it would jump out at me...😅 All in one Still no cancellation for me, no points deducted, top 👌, would recommend. LG

Stay away as a host and as an employer, it's super bad, good reviews were written by the staff themselves, I've heard a lot of complaints from the guests but things like that are of course deleted here. Inhuman 👎

Not clean at all, some of the equipment is defective, there are no garbage bags and the beds are an absolute back killer. Not only are the mattresses completely worn out, the springs in the mattresses also squeak and crack with every movement. To cover ourselves there were two sensible blankets and two tablecloths. So with 4 people, 2 had to freeze. Really not recommended

Designed for 6 people, only 6 small guest towels for 4 nights and not enough trash bags & toilet paper. There were still pistachio shells from the previous ones in the living room carpet. Dishwasher broken and smells bad, not usable.Great location, basic Ikea amenities, very easy to reach. It's possible to have a good time here, but it's not because of the room.

We had a great stay and everything you need for a short or long stay. The apartment is well equipped and modernly furnished. In addition, we were able to watch Netflix for free and had fast WiFi. The accommodation is located directly on the market, as soon as you leave the house you are in the middle of the city and have all the shops in the area. Check-in was well described and easy. The customer service is also very easy to reach, friendly and reliable. We'd love to come back :)

Not recommended - v. a. for more than 2 people. Simplest facilities with some deficiencies and uncomfortable beds. Unfortunately, only superficially cleaned - especially the kitchen. There are also windows to the public hallway - visible from the high-rise building opposite and cannot be darkened.
