If you don't have any high expectations you can stay overnight here. Sanitary facilities are clean. There is WiFi.

All in all, an old, almost forgotten parking space. The sanitary facilities are "classic" but hygienic, there was warm water in the showers every morning. I have experienced this differently in many placesThe whole place exudes a vintage charm. We were here for the DTM and felt comfortable. The operator is a nice, attentive groundskeeper who tries to fulfill every wish.Only disappointment:The 2.5 km distance to the ring mentioned on the website no longer corresponds to reality; my bike speedometer showed 9 km to the entrance.Unfortunately, the shuttle service that was also advertised on the website no longer exists.Nevertheless, we will come back. Thanks for a nice weekend...

I wouldn't even let my dog stay there...We arrived with three people and had already paid... had the money returned to us... and then cancellation fees would be charged... dirty, not recommended... no coffee for breakfast just disgusting!!!

In all objectivity: Absolutely not.Neither the rooms, customer service nor the location justify a better rating.Customer serviceAccording to the website, it is 22 years old and the prices are much lower than they are listed there: €6 per night per person in a tent is currently €25. I find that very dubious.I announced my arrival 30 minutes before my arrival, as requested by email. I called a total of eleven times at different times throughout the day and he only picked up this one time. The reception was unmanned and locked despite an agreement.A comment was never received.PositionThe highway noise is loud, which I think is a very unpleasant location for a campsite. The place can be reached fairly quickly, even from Senftenberg train station.roomsThe campsites are narrow patches of meadow between the barracks. Unfortunately I couldn't enter it.I heard from other acquaintances about fleas in the rooms. “Facilities not maintained as they have been since the GDR in the 1950s.” Hygiene is in need. The same person strongly advised me not to spend my night there. Conclusion: I'll do the same. Take the slightly longer route and settle down directly by the lake landscape. You can also get to the racetrack by bus. In my opinion, such a campsite is unreasonable for all spontaneous and hobby campers.

Price-performance not appropriate! 80 euros for a double room.... Everything is very old in the style of the 70s...Beds in the style of the Bundeswehr (although in pink🤣) are impossible and walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbor snoring. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired...Dead insects in the closet...door broken...definitely won't be back. However, if you are looking for the charm of bygone times, you have come to the right place! Lost Place😉! However, the lady at the camp was very friendly and took care of everything! She gets 5 stars for this!

I have been a guest at the camp hotel since the first Champcar race at the Lausitzring 22 years ago. Of course, this hotel exudes the charm of GDR Ostalgie. The price-performance ratio is okay. It is in a quiet location and is still in the immediate vicinity of the Eurospeedway. The breakfast and the shared barbecue after the races give a family-like impression, so I have stayed there 22 times! again and again !

I've been going to the Campotel since 2005 and can only say good things about the property and the owner.Rooms and outdoor areas are always well maintained and tidy, toilets and bathrooms were always clean. The barbecue area is accessible to everyone and is equipped with covered seatingIf we had any small problems, the owner was always able to help us quickly and was always friendly and nice. When I read through some of the comments here, I really have doubts. From my point of view, the comments are wrong and inaccurate, we like to go to the Campotel and are always warmly welcomed there.

COME AGAINI've been coming here for 22 years. This year I took my son to the DTM and will definitely be back next year. Was very enthusiastic about everything there at the Campotel.Of course this Campotel is not up to date, but I don't want to miss the friendliness of the owner and the great breakfast buffet there. There are definitely people who don't have such accommodation and food at home. One should not forget the price-performance ratioit's fine. All I can say about the rooms is always clean, freshly made beds and clean towels. Showers and toilets clean and in order. If you are not satisfied with that, you should go to a 4 star hotel.Kind regards from the Altmark
