The Vital Hotel is always a nice place to take a break from everyday life. All the employees are super friendly, the rooms are clean, the beds are extremely comfortable and breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. The price/performance ratio is right here in all areas.I love relaxing in the thermal baths. Everything is lovingly furnished and what I like best is the "new" forest garden with the relaxation rooms and the beautiful outdoor pool.Planning for the next break in spring is already underway 🤗 we are already looking forward to it!!

View a nice hotel.BUT! The internet pictures are absolutely beautiful. You won't find a modern hotel here but (if you don't look too closely) a well-preserved one from the year it was built.I had the feeling that it smelled a bit strange in the hallways, but maybe that was just my feeling. The room was okay but the furnishings were from the year it was built and correspondingly old-fashioned.At breakfast, tables were already cleared and made available to others, even though you only got something new to eat. That was a bit annoying, I recommend that one person always stays at the table. Otherwise, the service was okay, even though apparently untrained staff were used here, especially in the evening.

We spent a short vacation at the Vital Hotel. We felt very comfortable there. The rich breakfast buffet and the evening menu were to be enjoyed. The GARDEN Lounge is very attractive. The connection between the hotel and the thermal baths is great. Thank you! We'd love to come back!

As a family we enjoyed our short vacation! The rooms are a bit old, but still sufficient and definitely clean. The staff is very friendly and helps you to totally relax! The food tastes very good and the breakfast buffet is also a culinary delight. Only a second coffee machine would perhaps be desirable. The thermal baths are also nice and pleasant! All in all, we would like to thank everyone for the pleasant hospitality and everyone who contributed to this pleasant stay! 🙏

Very nice **** hotel, very friendly, helpful, accommodating staff (reception and room service), sufficiently large (double) rooms, unfortunately often small harmless (so-called house) beetles in the room, breakfast …

We were guests here for the third time, unfortunately we weren't satisfied this time, we got very small rooms, we had specifically said with a terrace please, it was pretty loud next door and we also had a dog with us that was constantly playing ball, so that's the last one never been to this hotel again!!!

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and spent the weekend in the thermal baths. The rooms are dated but very clean. A big minus point are the beds. Far too small for two people. There was absolutely no question of a restful sleep here. Unfortunately. When we commented at the reception, we were told that we could book a higher category and that if you are getting older, such a small bed would be nothing for two people. OK. A very "professional" answer for a couple in their mid-thirties and early forties. ;)If you visit the thermal baths for the first time, you will immediately be overwhelmed by the fun pool. In principle it's not an issue at all, but the hotel/spa homepage suggests a completely different impression. Just the opposite. Only the “Salinarium” promises peace for “body and soul” (€6.00 extra per person per day). The restaurant and also the breakfast buffet still have a lot of room for improvement. For dinner we ordered a la carte. So we can't judge the evening buffet. However, our food was cold and tasted bland and unseasoned. In the meantime I had the thought of whether the majority of the food was not pre-prepared and warmed up. Because as quickly as they were retrieved, they couldn't be at the table in the short time if they were cooked "a la minute".Overall, everything seemed somehow “intentional but not accomplished” or “more appearance than reality”.In the bar the waiters could be more attentive. The table was neither cleared of empty glasses and cups, nor was anyone asked if they wanted something more to drink. The breakfast buffet has plenty of choice. Everyone will find something there and get their fill. However, things like scrambled eggs, meat loaf, sausages etc. were also ice cold.Unfortunately, the WiFi is a complete disaster. None of that would be an issue if you at least had reception there. But since this is not the case - something the hotel can of course not do - the Wi-Fi should work perfectly. We would come back just to recharge the "battery". The hotel with its connection to the thermal baths is wonderful! But we would definitely eat dinner outside and pay attention to any special offers when booking. Because for the price, it's not worth it to us. Many things were not suitable for a 4-star hotel. We know other standards.

We were there as a couple and wanted to spend a quiet weekend. It started with us having to look for a parking space because the hotel doesn't have its own parking lot, pure disaster. The rooms are clean but the standard rooms are very small, the bed is only 150 by 2 meters in size. Right next to the hotel there is a football field where training takes place for a long time in the evenings. The sauna area was very nice but the fact that children are allowed there is not nice. In the sauna area you should be able to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet and not hear children screaming all day long. Recovery is zero. And what also really bothered us was that as a couple without children, we have nothing against children because we have children ourselves but just wanted to have some peace and quiet and were seated in a room for dinner where only parents with small children sat. It was catastrophic. And for so much money.
