Feriecenter Rim Rømø

I arrived in Römö yesterday and was really looking forward to my holiday in Römö. But there were only disappointments:1. The location of the apartment was catastrophic; directly at the main entrance to the holiday park.2. The terrace was completely contaminated with germs: dirty paper handkerchiefs, cigarette butts, old leftover food, a broken ball, chewed gum were on the floor, the terrace table was stuck together and there was a grill completely covered in cobwebs. The neighbors also said that the previous tenants couldn't use the shower and the toilet was completely dirty, but DanCenter never took care of that, despite multiple inquiries and reports.3. But the WORST: The key to the apartment should be in the key box on the terrace. I couldn't find a key box. I searched for a long time until I found someone responsible for the property, because the office closes (how sensible) at 4 p.m.; but arrival is only possible from 4 p.m. So no chance of finding anyone there. I never reached anyone by phone because either the number wasn't in use or I was just stuck on hold. I then contacted them via email and explained the problem. They then pointed out the key box again; I took a photo of the relevant location and sent it. The realization: The key box was stolen. Oh how safe you feel now...4. I was promised that the security team would take care of it and that an overall solution would be sought. The security team also called after a certain time and asked nothing more than what I had already told customer service. They then promised a quick solution and would get back to you promptly. I'm still waiting for this response today, even though I followed up several times by text message (no one answered the phone).5. I then contacted the service office again. They expressed their regret and also promised a solution. I'm still waiting for this today too.6. After sitting in front of the house for over four hours and no one answered and I couldn't find any alternative accommodation on site, I drove over 400 km home again; consoling my daughters.7. What I experienced here with Dancenter provides material for a tragic comedy; if it wasn't so sad and totally disappointing and above all: IT HAPPENED and not imagined.In any case, I know who I won't book with again: DanCenter!!!! It's still unclear whether I'll get the money back! Just frustration and disappointment.

If you book here, you shouldn't expect modern luxury. During the main holiday season we were able to get a relatively small apartment that didn't offer much luxury, but was clean and didn't have any bad smells. The booking was made via Airbnb, although there are probably other booking portals in Denmark. In the end, the landlady was apparently a bit angry with me that I didn't give her five stars. The bathroom, in particular, didn't give more than an honest four - which also applies to the complex as a whole. Everything feels like it's kept in good condition, but there are savings on modernization overall. If it hadn't been a spontaneous vacation, we would have preferred a house in the dunes near Lakolk.

Holiday ruined at Rim Rømø Holiday CenterVacation ruined. Arrived yesterday for what we thought was going to be a 7 day pleasant summer holiday at an up-to-date holiday center intended for children. The house we received was filthy and smelled bad. Sticky surfaces everywhere. Damp stains and mold in the bathroom. Leftovers and dirty kitchen. Yellow carpets tattered, holey and in 50 shades of clammy just like the sofa. Things were broken everywhere, baseboards hung loose, the stairs to the first floor were crooked and gave way when you walked on them. Not enough service for two adults and a child. The playground is in a sadder state than most public playgrounds. There were many things that were loose, sharp screws were sticking out in various places and made the place potentially dangerous for children to play on. There are generally no activities for children as promised apart from a questionable dilapidated outdoor pool by the reception building which was also filthy and disgusting. Their grill bar was very shabby and there were several hairs in the portion of fries we bought while we were waiting to get keys to the place.All in all, we were there 2½ hours before we went home again after a very disappointing experience, and an unhappy 5-year-old daughter.Warning never go to Rim on Rømø. Would give the place zero stars if possible. Less dingy places are seen in the well-known TV program on Dr-TV.

Nice stay in a slightly worn and older center - many of the houses are tip top renovated - not much cleaning of smooth floors in the swimming pool department - watch out for smooth floors - nice little cafe - close to everything and a plus for rooms in the center - good family place with OK prices.

Great facility with a free swimming pool, as well as billiards, table tennis, pinball and other games

It always depends on which house you rent. This time we had a newly renovated house, it was modern and clean. You just have to look carefully when you book!

Really nice house with a nice terrace.But there was no air in the jumping pillow and the grill bar was also closed so a bit sad otherwise a really good place
