Great house but...We booked this house for a week in July 2021. Inside the house is beautiful. The furnishings are very comfortable and of very high quality. The house is clean and nothing is missing. We felt very comfortable in the rooms.But...Unfortunately, the garden is the exact opposite of the house. It is unkempt and overgrown with weeds/grass. The shower outside is barely visible. The trees and bushes planted by the owner are drowning in weeds/grass that are more than knee-high. The garden is described as a "natural garden", but this too should/must be maintained. The group of tables in the countryside could not be used under these conditions. Neither is the beautiful view from the edge of the cliff. The garden is absolutely disappointing.What else you should know is that the house (as its own enclosed property) is located in the oasis on the lagoon. The owner lets the oasis co-manage the property, which works very well. We were welcomed very friendly and courteously. The contact persons were very nice and helpful.Several multi-story, modern houses with apartments have already been built around the property and more are currently under construction. Unfortunately, the construction noise itself should not be underestimated at the moment. The gardens/properties of the already finished houses in the oasis are well maintained, so that the garden of the beaver castle on the lagoon does not fit in with the surroundings at all. On the contrary, as a tenant of the house you would also like to have a well-kept, beautiful garden that you would be happy to use given the not exactly lower rental price. It would be e.g. For example, it is easily possible to create a 10-15m wide area just before the edge of the cliff as a lawn following the terrace. There would still be enough space around for the natural garden and the children could play outside...From our point of view, the Beaver Castle on the Lagoon with its current outdoor area can unfortunately only be recommended to a limited extent.

We stayed in this beautiful holiday home for 1 week. We didn't miss anything. The house is very beautiful, cozy and lovingly furnished. The equipment is also of the highest quality. The property includes a private bathing jetty that can be used, but can be reached via another property. This is in the immediate vicinity. The key handover at the reception also worked wonderfully, the employee was very friendly and accommodating. The construction noise was bearable, not really annoying.We can absolutely recommend this holiday home!
