It was a very relaxing stay, I booked a 3-day arrangement and really enjoyed the time. It is really recommended, from the room to the service to the treatments, everything was perfect for switching off from everyday life. Thanks!

Solid wellness hotel - we don't recommend it - price-performance ratio doesn't fitWe came with our dog over a long weekend for wellness purposes. In the end, we decided on the Seeschlößchen, among other things because of the food menu with a selection of vegetarian/vegan dishes. What we liked:- The service staff in the catering area were very nice- The dog is allowed everywhere except the wellness area- At dinner the dog was brought water without being asked - before we had our drinks- Our room was accessible from the outside, which was really good with a dog- Breakfast very good- Dinner good ; but price-performance compared to the star restaurants or Michelin-listed restaurants in Dresden doesn't fit at all- Wellness treatment was good and individual needs were taken into accountWhat we didn't like:- We weren't greeted when we arrived; you smiled at the lady at the reception in a friendly manner, went up to her and were told "I have to take care of another check-in" - no hello, welcome, I'll be there for you in a moment; Beware of the irony: well, you immediately feel right at home there- we had booked a wellness treatment for one morning; This was simply rebooked for the afternoon/early evening without consulting us- Overall it can be said that the hotel ladies were not particularly attentive and friendly, see the aforementioned experience at check-in- we were also kicked out of the lounge/games room at 10:02 p.m. with the words "area is now closing - you can take photos of the score"; Information in advance would have been nice at this point. It also makes sense to inform the guests about the cards, billiards or chess game 15 to 10 minutes earlier- There were guests who actively used smartphones in the spa/sauna area and even made long phone calls. We observed that several waitresses simply walked past without informing these guests that this was not permitted; In the end, we pointed this out to these guests ourselves- The food was very tasty - but the prices quoted for it are completely out of proportion and are absolutely overpriced; Example: some hummus with 2 slices of naan: €18 - compared to the star restaurants or Michelin-listed restaurants in Dresden, the ratio of the prices for the dishes doesn't match at all- There is also only one menu, no day menu for those who are slightly hungry or an evening menu- In addition, it takes a very long time until you get anything to eat after ordering (except for breakfast); We had to wait half an hour for a plate of hummus in the early afternoon; Other guests were also not amused by their waiting times for soup, coffee and cake- Waiting time for dinner (4-course menu) is incomprehensible at all, you had to plan around 2.5 hours for that; You can't go to dinner hungry, the waiting time between courses is around 20 to 30 minutes, between starters and main courses we would have to wait between 40 and 50 minutes.- The proportions of the portions of the individual courses do not match and especially not when it comes to the waiting times- A spacious spa area is advertised, but the loungers are actually quite close together- Attention: there is only one bag/basket for the spa area per room, not per person;- You can use the spa area all day on the day of departure and keep your towels/bathrobe, but the bag/basket must be returned upon check-out - we find it very knee-jerkOverall, the negative points outweigh the positive ones and are therefore more far-reaching - after the non-existent greeting upon arrival, the mood was of course ruined - after all, the first impression countsBut the rest didn't fit either - it dragged on... we definitely expect something different for the money. We do not recommend the Seeschlößchen

We enjoy discovering the lovingly collected antiques that create the feeling of romance. The atmosphere ensures relaxation and well-being. It's nice that new things always underline the special nature of the Seeschlösschen.

Conclusion: Bad doesn't always have to be cheap! We are still here but really disappointed for the price. Think, it's not without reason that there are so many rooms available. If there is a sign in the (average) SPA that says: Treatments can still be booked and you then hear: sorry, your colleague is on vacation, then something is wrong. You can only dream of cell phone reception or WiFi. 2 soups of the day and 2 beers: 34,-! No, something's wrong here. The infusion yesterday and today were really bad! We cannot recommend the “store” more highly. PS your SPA tester .... really a shame for the price!

An absolutely great hotel with excellent service. Very competent employees. First class dinner. We received a voucher for this hotel from friends. Unfortunately we have misplaced it. The employee reacted very accommodatingly and made everything possible. Thank you for that.

Unfortunately, an almost perfect short vacation has come to an end. You really think you're in a castle. The food is almost perfect. The wellness area was excellent. Particularly noteworthy is the spacious relaxation area, where you can always find a place.Of course we wouldn't be German if there wasn't something to criticize. I missed a small fitness area to work off the food. A coffee machine in the room should now be standard in this category. That's why it's almost perfect. We'll be back in the Seeschlösschen in the spring.

For the neck and back massage, the treatment time was shortened and the neck was not even touched. Too bad.
