We were there with the family last month and the kids had a great time. The food was delicious, there wasn't too much or too little choice at the buffet, just right. The rooms were also very clean and you could contact us at any time if something was missing or you needed something. Of course the facility is older, which you can see here and there, but the boss himself is helping to bring it up to speed. The highlight was of course the kids' own indoor pool... although the water temperature was a bit too cold for the little ones to stay in for longer than half an hour. All in all a great holiday and thanks to the entire team for this great week.

Positive:-Friendly reception staff-Great view, supermarket etc. nearby-Taunustube (prices range from €1.75 for a 0.33 L bottle to €3.00 for a 0.5 L bottle)-Ice machine on siteNegatives:On the first day of our arrival: a biscuit was found on the sofa, later a pencil, so I suspect that some rooms are not vacuumed. The bathrooms are cleaned just as little, many areas have chlorine stains. Room furnishings are old and have seen their best years. No roller shutters, just old window curtains that have had their best days behind them.-There are chairs, a table and a drying rack on the terrace, but unfortunately it's not clean: rubbish and lots of weeds.-Both existing pools are dirty (sand), the water is cold.- The food was a disaster, things (salads?) were mixed together from the leftovers from the previous day or lunch. One day there was chicken schnitzel and hot dog and one day there were fries, otherwise pasta, spaghetti, rice with sauces (labeling would be great)-There is a wooden ship for children, which unfortunately is no longer the best. Mini golf course outside, a trampoline and table tennis table in the courtyard and table football.-There is a television in a room where there is a self-service refrigerator.-You have to pay extra for extra things like grilling and fire bowls.-Wi-Fi is a disaster and that costs extra-We met an unfriendly cleaning lady (older lady)-No fridge in the room, not even a mini fridge for drinks. There are fridges that you can use, but they are outside the room or building.I cannot recommend this holiday resort.

The food was good, I think that's good for a youth hostelry who said they would clean the room. Although there were spider webs under and between things and then there were chairs etc, outdated service was good but the view is very good. Prices.quite ok.otherwise ok but our class instructive woman Ernst from KGS NIEDERRAD promised us that there was a GYM but it was a lie so it wasn't so good. There was really bad WiFi, even if you bought it it was a bit better than the free WiFi. But the drinks were good.

We felt very comfortable. Sure, it needs updating in a few small things (e.g. patio furniture, or improving the outdoor activity options), but overall it was very nice. We even met some very nice people and explored a lot, even though we were the only ones there without a car. But I think it was worth it. The employees and even the boss himself were super nice. Only the mountain up to the hostel is a bit bad (if you go up on foot), but it has always been there. 😅. We could imagine coming back again at some point.

Nice location, the rooms are simple and functional.Full board can be booked. This is presented as a buffet. Special requests will be accommodated if you register in advance. Packed lunch on requestIndoor pool available. Sauna can be booked for an additional charge.All in all, suitable for families or larger groups. However, your own expectations should not be too high.Good value for money

The bedding in the room was not comfortable and the room size was a bit small for usability.And it is a very old facility.The food is also not diverse, I don't know if the type of food will change if you pay more.

Nice, clean apartments. Lots of space, great views, lots of leisure activities (mini golf, playground, swimming, table tennis, volleyball, etc.) for families, employees are super friendly towards the guests. We'd love to come back :)

I was there 10 years ago and swore I would never go there again. Since I had forgotten that it was this accommodation, a friend of mine booked a two-day conference there and I drove there in good faith.The smells made me feel sick and I couldn't eat the food either. Luckily I was there by car and picked up people in the carpool so that I could drive to a supermarket so I could take care of myself. I entered the room briefly and had a coughing fit. After 4 hours of airing it still smelled. So I was able to drive 30 minutes home to spend the night there.This place is the only place that is on my red list. On the plus side, the cake and the swimming pool looked good even though I didn't use it. You also want to mention the positive.Luckily we brought our own LTE box with 10 Mbit (reception was poor) so we had faster internet than the WiFi on site.The reception was not staffed on the day of departure and I could not return the room due to the opening times in the afternoon because it was closed. The room was charged.
