We were there from July 22nd. Guests at the Stangaßinger family until August 5th, 2023. The welcome from the host was very friendly and a tour of apartment 2 followed. This is in the basement, which can be reached through the garden area through a separate entrance - unfortunately quite steep. The rooms are lovingly furnished. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is new, modern and fully equipped. High quality knife set! All respect. Unfortunately the bathroom is a bit narrow, there are enough cupboards etc. Overall the apartment feels a bit damp, but this can be compensated for by opening the windows (perhaps due to the frequent rain during our holiday).The garden is cozy and has a wooden pavilion for the guests of Apartment 2 as well as a small goldfish pond. Unfortunately it's a bit dark due to the plants.The access road to the market runs directly in front of the house, which is unfortunately very noisy when the windows are open, but you can almost completely turn it off by closing them at night.Due to the central location of the apartment, you can reach the pedestrian zone with all the amenities you need in less than 5 minutes. I probably don't need to describe excursion options in the wonderful Berchtesgadener Land in more detail!So: If you overlook the small inconveniences, you are in excellent hands with the Stangaßinger family. Since she lives on the upper floor, she is available at any time to answer any questions you may have and is happy to provide information. We felt very comfortable there and can only recommend the apartment.

We have been here for 1 week with 5 people. In short, it was great. The holiday apartment is exactly as described...all the photos you see on the internet are realistic. A really big and very nice apartment. Everything you need is there. The kitchen is very well equipped, the living room offers enough space for everyone. The beds are super comfortable...we all slept very well in them. The sun shines beautifully on the balcony in the morning "when it's there...laugh" But we were lucky...smile... The terrace is more on the cooler side. Both great for sitting. So......if you're looking for a large, comfortable and clean holiday apartment in Berchtesgaden, you've come to the right place. We recommend this accommodation 100% :-) The landlord is incredibly friendly and everything is easy to maintain. The 5 of us say...Thank you Sepp, for this very nice stay :-)The 5 from the Ruhrpott :-)

Apartment was fantastic! Perfect location to walk into the town or down to the river where there are so many things to do. The apartment is full of character and beautifully appointed, with interesting artworks?! Berchtesgarden is a wonderful place to visit, we were using the ice rink for the week but also never stopped with all the attractions and activities in the area. I would recommend this as a place to visit and somewhere to stay. Paul, Jo and girls. x

The apartment is very large and equipped with everything you need. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the mountains. The apartment is centrally located, so you can reach the city and the train station in just a few minutes. However, due to this central location it is very loud. The only real things to complain about are small things, such as the fact that some of the beds are relatively hard or that the sofa smells strongly.

Very nice apartment. Great accessibility to the city center (right on the doorstep).Huge space in the apartment.The only minus: the street is directly at the apartment. Take earplugs with you and that won't be a problem.
