Signs were put up in front of and inside the restaurant saying “HAPPY HOUR” every day!!!After ordering the drinks we were told not today.Therefore not recommended

We were very satisfied with the room in terms of comfort and cleanliness. Staff was very friendly and helpful.Wellness area very pleasant.Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. Evening buffet was also great.Very good location.The only point of criticism is the poor accessibility of the wellness area, especially for people with disabilities or a walker.

We were welcomed very well at the reception and looked after well during our stay.We were very satisfied with our Comfort double room with balcony. We make compromises for room cleaning.We had breakfast and dinner once. Here is our big criticism. In the evening in the second round, various dishes were missing and the dishes that were available were drying quietly - not a recommendation. During our breakfast from 9:30 a.m., many items that were no longer available had to be reordered. There is absolutely a lack of caution on the part of the staff here. For example, the fruit salad only consisted of green apples and the fried eggs and scrambled eggs were dried out due to the pre-fried quantity. The service was friendly and helpful.

Good hotel with some flaws.Staff very friendly, helpful and competent.The path to the wellness area is a little complicated. Unfortunately there were some technical failures in the pool area. These were the whirlpool and the countercurrent system were defective.The hotel is in a good location. It's really only a few minutes to the sea.

We purchased a very interesting hotel voucher including an extension from TravelZoo and redeemed it straight away.We were thrilled with the comfort room with balcony. The daily breakfast tasted very tasty. One evening we were able to enjoy a very rich buffet.We can't understand the reviews about underground parking with our SUV. Our bikes also had plenty of space in the basement.We also really liked the wellness area.So everything is perfect!The staff at reception, in the restaurant and in room service were always very friendly and motivated!

Even on our third visit, the hotel was able to meet our expectations. The 3/4 day arrangement with half board and use of the wellness/swimming pool/sauna for a little time out is great and fits wonderfully into the autumn season.A visit to the in-house coffee roastery is very worthwhile. You will be guided into the world of coffee in a professional and very friendly manner. Try it and buy it if you like. No obligation, very pleasant.We would love to come back......Excursion tip: The treetop path is within walking distance and is no problem even with a stroller or wheelchair. The view is great. A ride on the nearby Ferris wheel is only recommended if visibility is good.

In short: the best thing is the location.We wanted to go on October 4th. Guests will be in the restaurant around 3:30 p.m. Unlucky. Information: We have a dance event in the evening and we have to prepare for it. Great statement about coffee time.The note “You will be placed!” reminded us of a bygone era. We were allowed to sit in the fireplace area. Tables dirty, not cleared, crumbs on seats, table and floor, the carpet totally stained. The roof windows in the area urgently need cleaning. The cake was already noble, i.e. from yesterday or the day before yesterday. We don't want to say anything about the taste. The first contact with the waiter didn't last, wasn't often, and didn't last long either.The men's toilet was a feast for the eyes, two urinals were full of spit.Thank you very much, we definitely won't come back, promise. But others will arrive, the island is full, everyone wants to consume something. Restaurateurs no longer have to do anything.Please don't be blinded by the location and the four stars. It's better not to spend money than for poor service and inferior quality.
