At the beginning of June we stayed at the Pension Friedwiese with Mrs. Eder for a few days and had the Königssee room with a balcony. With a great view of the Berchtesgaden mountain landscape. We felt very comfortable all around and really enjoyed our short vacation. The location was ideal for us, between Schönau and Berchtesgaden, which was within walking distance (approx. 2km) for us. Shops and restaurants were in the immediate vicinity and hikes into the surrounding mountain landscape could be started directly from the accommodation. Ms. Eder provided us with a rich, delicious and varied breakfast every morning. Our room was a nice size, very well maintained and above all very clean. We can definitely recommend this accommodation without reservation and will definitely come back again with more time :-) Thank you very much, Ms. Eder, for your great service and hospitality.

Helga is such a great and nice host, she brings breakfast to the room every morning and we discuss the time etc. beforehand. The room is rural, clean, rustic, beautiful, plus a view of the beautiful meadow, the mountains and nature! (Tv is available, we didn't use it, WiFi is there and also a kettle). Ideal location if you have a car. The approach from the road is exciting (because, well, it seems steep). Less than 5 minutes from the town and from an Edeka, the view of a field and nature and in the morning you can even see deer. Gladly again!

A very nice and clean accommodation.Ms. Eder is a very nice and courteous host. The room is very large and has a breathtaking view of the mountains. The breakfast left nothing to be desired, it was very rich and tasty.The location of the guesthouse is a bit remote, but very easy to reach by car. It is only a 10-minute walk to the next bus stop.The guesthouse is a perfect place for a relaxing stay and I would recommend it at any time.

Very nice accommodation. Very friendly and helpful hostess. Breakfast in the room, great mountain panorama. 10 minutes walk to the bus, close to the train station but still outside. Our dog was also very welcome. Gladly again. Arrival possible entirely by public transport.

What a great stay. We would have liked to have stayed longer. Ms. Eder is a first-rate hostess. Very nice, friendly, relaxed and gives great tips for excursions. We stayed in the “Bergkeller” room with our son and dog. Everything was fine. Very comfortably furnished, everything was super clean. We had a fridge with its own compartment opposite the room. Perfect! The breakfast is to die for. Always varied. We were able to have breakfast in the fresh air on the beautiful terrace. Breakfast is also brought to your room. Ms. Eder reads every wish from your lips. We just feel completely comfortable. We'll definitely be back because the region has so much to offer and everything is close by. Only recommended! Great location. We were warmly welcomed by Ms. Eder upon arrival. All sights in Berchtesgaden can be reached within a few minutes by car. E.g. to Königssee about 5 minutes, to the salt mine about 8 minutes. The rooms were clean and had everything you need. Ms. Eder was always very helpful and always had good tips for excursion destinations. We got breakfast in our room and it was always varied and completely sufficient. We would come again and again 😊

It's almost impossible to live more beautifully or comfortably in Berchtesgaden/Schönau.An ideal starting point for various tours and excursions but also to simply linger at Friedbichel.Ms. Eder is a wonderful hostess, there is a great breakfast here and nothing to improve on at all

I am so glad we chanced upon Eder Helga's beautiful house on the hill. From her place, you have a stunning view of the Alps. Eder Helga keeps her home in pristine condition and I cannot recommend this place highly enough. My husband and I will definitely stay here if we visit Berchstesgarden again.

Just be welcome.🏡 My daughter and I are very satisfied with the clean and lovingly furnished room, 🖼as well as with the breakfast, which is brought to the room in the morning.🧀🍵☕ If you want to go on vacation, this is the right place for you🤗. The view of the mountains is fantastic.🗻 There is a TV and stable WiFi for bad weather🌐. We look forward to the next few days.
