In the middle of Uffenheim. The hotel rooms are newly renovated. My room was 23 under the attic.Really stylish, but headaches are possible 😀, since the beams are about 1.80 meters...You have to know that.In the bathroom... watch your head...The bed is ok, desk limited because the TV is on the desk. This has to do with the sloping roof.The dinner was nicely prepared.

The food was good and the portions were quite large. We had roast venison and roast roast onions.Only the espresso was more of a German coffee.The staff is super friendly, courteous and quick.

We had breakfast with friends and everything was really fantastic. Lisa and the team are just super nice, the food was delicious, creative and lots of it and the ambience is great. There were even toys and plenty of space for the kids. We will definitely do this again!

It's amazing what's being done here 🤩 If you're looking for top food and good service, you can't avoid the Traube in Uffenheim. Traditional regional cuisine, paired with wines from the wine paradise and good Franconian beer. Keep it up, dear Traube team. Kind regards Isabel and Marco

Warmly ❤️ with a lot of love and absolutely likeable! The rooms are great and newly renovated, great breakfast tailored to your wishes and individually. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back! Then the restaurant will also be tested 🍽

Stayed here for one night. Service was very friendly, the breakfast was beautifully prepared and extensive for a fairly reasonable price. The room was small but clean and nice. The neighbors were very loud until 3am, so bring ear plugs!Otherwise recommended!

Perfect place to spend the night when traveling to Austria/Italy. Atmospheric, clean, spacious rooms, delicious dinner and a super breakfast! We received a friendly welcome and the staff provided good service. We will definitely come back here.

We went there for dinner with our two children (10 years and 2 years). Very attentive service, delicious food. The youngest got pasta with sauce. A good portion that filled her up very well. Children's cutlery was already at the reserved table.Always happy and a recommendation for everyone!!!

There were three of us on our bikes and we specifically wanted to spend the night in the Traube (after a main post article about the reopening of the Traube). We were thrilled by the delicious dinner outdoors, the super friendly staff, and the cozy rooms. The boss fills the entire house with her energy, friendliness, joy of creativity and her wealth of expertise and experience. We even had a small apartment with a kitchen. everything is spotless and quiet!, and we know we will come back. The breakfast, which was lovingly prepared according to our wishes, was simply delicious… this restaurant is a gem and significantly enhances Uffenheim!! See you soon!!!

We were in the Traube with a group of around 30 people. The arrangements in advance were very uncomplicated and all of our wishes were made possible. Everyone was impressed by the delicious food and the dedicated service. We really enjoyed the evening in the Traube and will definitely come back. Thank you for everything!
