A bit disappointing. Depending on the room, it can be very cramped and the view is okay. Shower could be cleaner. Rooms very noisy. The huge, heavy key to the room is a bit annoying. Internet with termination.Half board was rather mediocre, the food was not equivalent to a 4 star hotel. But that's probably also due to the low price. I wouldn't want to eat here every evening if I were staying for a long time.At breakfast we ran out of eggs, but I would have expected a little more for 4 stars.When you pay for the room, everything is simply printed on the business invoice, even a souvenir. Then they say you can't change it anymore. You don't get a bill for the drinks in the evening for your documents, you should have said that in the evening, I pointed out that I didn't even see the bill in the evening but only in the morning was of little interest. Very unprofessional, not recommended for business.

We were at the Hotel Neuhäusel for the first time,We were very, very positively surprised and booked straight away for 2025.A feel-good experience from arrival to departure.Despite the day being closed, every wish of the house guests is fulfilled, and that alone deserves 10 stars.

We had a very long journey so we left at night. Luckily, when we got here at around 9 a.m. our room was already ready for check-in.We were welcomed very warmly, friendly and in a good mood. You have a fixed table in the restaurant for the duration of your stay, which I personally think is great. The food was always delicious and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. This is the perfect place to relax and feel good. It's relatively central here and you can get to Berchtesgaden within 9 minutes by car. We had a room with a wooden floor and when we came in there was such a pleasant smell of wood (we were in the new building) and we immediately felt at home. I have rarely been welcomed and looked after as warmly and extremely friendly as I was here.Conclusion: I would book here again. Everything was clean and warmly furnished. It's definitely worth spending your vacation here!

Very nice, cozy family-run hotel. Very nice staff. Wishes are very happy to be fulfilled. Dogs are welcome. The pool and wellness area is cozy and allows you to relax fabulously. We'd love to come back!

At the end of August we had an enjoyable week in this feel-good hotel in a very warm atmosphere. The cuisine was varied in all areas and, together with the service, was extremely good.The location is quiet and relaxed, away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. The view of the well-kept gardens and the “magic forest” is absolutely beautiful. The wellness area is also pleasant and very clean.The “Neuhäusl” is highly recommended; we will definitely come back.

We had a very nice week of vacation as a family!You feel at home as soon as you step into the house.The staff always friendly and helpful. The rooms are more than clean, as is the whole hotel.The breakfast buffet and the 4-course menu in the evening left nothing to be desired!A bit away from Berchtesgaden, but you can get there quickly by car. There are many discounts with the guest card. There is a lot to do in the area.We had a nice vacation.

A hotel to feel good about! After days full of impressions, it was always like coming home. Very friendly staff, delicious food and an atmosphere to relax. The rooms were very comfortably furnished and the hotel also offers nice activities for children.It was very difficult for us to leave, but we will definitely come back.

Absolutely recommended!!!!We were traveling with a dachshund and everyone felt very comfortable and welcome in this super tidy, cozy and harmonious hotel.The entire staff was extremely courteous and attentive.The breakfast left nothing to be desired and the 4-course menu in the evening (which you could choose from a menu in the morning) was absolutely delicious every day, with something for every taste. Big compliments to the kitchen!Our room was nice and was quietly located at the back of the forest, where you could also walk the dog directly through the back exit (which can otherwise be a problem for dog owners).The pool and sauna area is modern and invites you to linger.There were always enough parking spaces available.We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday thanks to this great hotel.Thank you very much for that!

Absolutely beautiful!!!Really great hotel with super friendly and courteous staff.Very familiar and that's why you feel completely comfortable.Our suite offered enough space and a beautiful view. The rooms are well cleaned every day.Wellness with sauna, swimming pool, Kneipp pool, etc. is great. The brine relaxation room is also particularly great.The four-course half-board dinner was always delicious and there was also a children's menu. Special requests are also happy to be implemented.We will be back definitely :-)

Ideal for a relaxing holiday. Beautiful, well-equipped rooms, an extensive breakfast buffet, half board on request.By car in 15 minutes at Königssee or in Hallein. To Salzburg in 30 minutes. Rossfeld Höhenstraße, Kehlsteinhaus, Obersalzberg...Starting point for many hikes. Swimming pool, various saunas and wellness in the house. Were very satisfied, will come again.
