Disaster.

Absolutely terrible service from a condescending person working there. After purchasing several drinks we asked if we could get still water from the tap as they only had sparkling water. We were told we had to buy another drink and they wouldn't give us tap water. Capitalism in its purest form. I would like to add that this was during a 34 degree day. The absolute greed these days is astounding and I definitely won't be going to this place again. I also advise others to be careful as the person who served me spoke to me as if I was an idiot when I tried to order drinks from them (while they were standing at the counter offering service), and up pointed to their colleagues right next to them and said that only they would serve us and they only deal with hotel guests (but I highly doubt they do much other than go on power trips and belittle guests to make themselves feel better) .

Very limited choice of food. Basically three choices of "fries menu", or bratwurst. Unless you are into sweets like various waffles or ice cream. I would have expected at least a snitzel menu for the little ones...

€3.90 for 0.33l of water. In addition, annoyed staff and self-collection.

Food very expensive and fries (French fries with Bockwurst 7.20) (only dish with Bockwurst, nuggets, etc.) very salty. Unfortunately not recommended. Next time bring your own food.

This isn't our first time in the fairytale forest, but the gastronomy here, as previous reviewers have already written, is not the best in terms of service and food selection and as a pick-up restaurant variant it's more of a disaster, especially because you have children!When it came to cleanliness, we couldn't complain; everything at the table and around it, including the toilets, was great! Already good.Given the narrow selection of food, which is primarily aimed at children and its simplicity, as a parent you can be really annoyed to only get standard food in the usual variants with almost only fried side dishes.Luckily the quality is quite good, but something like that just jibbets in every children's play paradise... simply unimaginative, nothing special!The best part was the dessert, the waffles with toppings and the beer as a consolation.The described lack of motivation and slowness of the employees was also quite noticeable, except for a few who timidly tried to do better...However, with what was going on last Sunday, given the large number of young employees, it would have been theoretically possible to bring the food to the table of the few people who are already looking after their children, which are now quite small Prices! But that brings with it the above-mentioned concept and the corresponding motivation and mood.As a father of 3 children, I have to point out that the above-mentioned concept instead of a restaurant makes the restlessness and mood worse, the more you have to go back and forth to pick up food or extra accessories like napkins etc having to get them because there aren't even napkins and spices at the table, there are nice, child-friendly waitresses who would bring a better atmosphere to the shop and quiet children who stay at the table...All this with a fairly long wait for standard fast food! Of course, this old-fashioned establishment also has a play corner, things to rent to pass the time, and not only the water feature stage at the back, which is canceled every hour and requires patience.Otherwise, I have to unpleasantly note that the actually beautiful water features, accompanied by Nibelungen music by Richard Wagner, feel very National Socialist and old-fashioned! In keeping with the rest of the ambience of the gastronomy, instead of something more neutral in the classical area like Mozart and co....but the rest of the ambience and the original concept, which you noticeably don't want to abandon, speaks for whose ideological child this whole park was when it opened back in 1931... Horrifying!

It really couldn't be more child-friendly. The waffles were so delicious. And the peace and quiet was divine
