We stayed at Haus Hubertus for a week in mid-March and had a wonderful time there and felt completely at home! The apartment is clean, has everything you need and is authentically furnished :) I thought the bed linen with a seagull motif was nicest! The small sauna is also great, as you can use it at any time and turn it on and off yourself. Improvements were also made during our stay so that we got the impression that the guesthouse was well maintained and lovingly cared for. Tim is courteous, warm, open and happy to give tips for the island! Absolute recommendation!We were there again in October :)! We had the same apartment and it was really nice to come back. Our dog also headed straight for the right door :)

The breakfast room was so beautiful.Wonderful thanks to the many loving details, a mix of modern, retro, handmade and antique. Completely comfortable for all ages.We had booked an apartment.Things turned out differently due to pipe damage.The nice contact with H.Tim (Eierliqöer) and a change to the main house on the 1st floor, everything was fine.The hotel offers everything we need to feel good.Don't forget your bathrobe and shower slippers.POOLINFRAREDSOLARIUMNEAR TIDAL LANDGLASS WASTESHOPPING STREETBANKBUS STOP AND TRAIN STATIONAND🌊 🏖 SEA.TIP: GURNARD for eating outCheap and incredibly good.Always follow the long line of people.Toilets in the bars and the place has some very clean ones.

A wonderfully managed and perfectly located holiday option on Borkum! Haus Hubertus is a great base for families to explore the island and the nearby beach. If the weather is bad, the small in-house swimming pool with a spacious sauna offers a very good alternative!We'll be back!

Were here for the first time.The booking confirmation as well as the email correspondence were very friendly and open-minded.Check-in was quick and suitcases could also be parked outside of the booking period.The location is great for strolling, going to the beach and the garden offers the opportunity to linger in the evening.We enjoyed using the swimming pool, the breakfast was generous and the room with bathroom was well furnished.We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Top location to the city center, train and beach. My single room was bright, large and had a 140cm bed. The shower room was very small, but the swimming pool (25 degrees) also offers the option of showering, including bath towels. Very nice, friendly staff, large, comfortable lounge with books and games and drinks. Breakfast room tasteful, breakfast buffet very good. I was completely satisfied and felt comfortable. Gladly again.

We traveled to Borkum very spontaneously for 7 days. After an uncomplicated booking, we "got" the last free room at Haus Hubertus during this time. On the day of our arrival we were warmly welcomed by Tim Lehrke. We were particularly pleased to receive a short call after our arrival asking us to check in a little earlier that day. Tim took over the Hubertus house in 2024. We think it has a very special charm thanks to its lovingly furnished Frisian country house style. Here and there the house may need an update, which is in no way meant to be derogatory. We can report from a reliable source that this update is coming at the end of 2024. The Frisian country house style that we liked so much should be preserved. We felt very comfortable this week. The entire Hubertus team is friendly, helpful, flexible and always ready to have fun. Any wishes you had were happily fulfilled. Great tips of the day were given every morning in a flyer for breakfast. There is space to park bicycles in a shelter in the garden. We also really enjoyed using the in-house pool. An all-round lovely week for us at Haus Hubertus. We will be back because we are curious about the upcoming update. Dear Hubertus team, thank you for the good time with you and stay as you are.

We had a wonderful time at Haus Hubertus. Very nice apartments, lovingly furnished and very clean and well maintained. The service in house leaves nothing to be desired. The house is centrally located, both to the pedestrian zone and to the beach. We are very happy to recommend this house.

Spent almost a week here and couldn't have had it better.Super centrally located and yet on a quiet side street. Rooms are not very modern but very charming and everything you need is there. Equipment upgrades were carried out during our stay and it can be assumed that the new operator Tim will continue to invest here in the next few weeks. One more sentence needs to be said about him anyway: you couldn't wish for a better host. Always in a good mood and available to give advice and support.We will be back!

I stayed in the guesthouse for the BKK Active Week. Nice house with a great location. A few minutes walk to Tidesland, right in the town center. Small supermarket right around the corner. Young, very nice boss. Cozy and clean rooms. Small breakfast buffet with everything you need for breakfast. I will gladly come again!!

We were accommodated in 3 rooms. Super nice rooms. Everything was clean and the entire house seemed lovingly furnished.The host is very nice and everything is explained to you and his good mood is very personable.The house even has a pool. It's so big and its depth is so pleasant that you can even swim lengths there.The breakfast was very, very tasty and freshly prepared. The host takes excellent care of his guests!! The house is very centrally located. Just a few minutes walk to the train station.We were only there for 1 night, unfortunately.We all enjoyed it very much and will come back.Oh yes, the house also has a terrace in the garden, which is a great place to sit in the summer and spend cozy evenings.

Swimming pool was great, except for the entrance which was very slippery.In my opinion the room was an imposition. The sink and shower are in the room, the shower tray is crammed into the corner and the entrance is only about 40cm wide. The toilet has a door but it shouldn't have been much narrower. It seemed as if the room had been subsequently equipped with a shower and toilet, but unfortunately the space was limited. There was no way to hang the towels up to dry after showering.Carpeting doesn't work at all.On the second floor, one of the three existing fasteners was loose and the other was completely torn out, which we pointed out on the first day. After four days nothing had been repaired, which is dangerous if someone leans on it and one screw no longer holds.Staff friendly but breakfast only the cheapest sausage and cheese, scrambled eggs from a tetra pack.I think we're in a different house when I look at the other reviews.

Unfortunately, a house that has not yet been completely renovated. Unfortunately, I was unlucky enough to get one of the rooms that had not yet been renovated.A room with slightly battered furniture, a bathroom that could be described as creepy and a broken mirror. There was also carpeting, my personal nightmare because I was a little allergic to feathers and house dust. Now to the good, which more than made up for it. All the lovely house spirits were absolutely great, the breakfast was great. So I felt like I was in good hands and will be happy to come back. Even to a room that hasn't been renovated^^

Haus Hubertus is very centrally located and is very cleanly run. The staff are very friendly and helpful and ensure that the guest feels comfortable. The breakfast is freshly prepared and delicious. And if you have a wish, turn to Erika; the good soul of the house. The wellness offers are also recommended. Time is taken here and you are in the best professional hands. We were completely satisfied and will definitely come back.
