Beautifully restored and furnished. Everything you need is there. Price performance is right and so is the service. Very good location with a view of the main market.This year for the second time here. However, in the terrace room, which I like even better. Everything within walking distance. Very nice restaurants nearby such as “Zum Karasek”, “Wjelbik” and “Alter Bierhof”.

Who will be picked up by the host ❤️?? I received accommodation here without registering!! I had the pleasure of being able to "inaugurate" the apartment 😂 beautiful with a brick vault, a successful mix of new and "old", a chic, loving, successful interior, the bed was very comfortable, everything was there (from the coffee machine to the kettle , refrigerator to dishes). Totally quiet, not suitable for high heels because of the cat cobblestones 😉 I would come back to this house at any time... You can also look for a parking space there

Room is spacious, very clean. Bathroom and especially shower very small but equipped with cosmetic products and a large hairdryer. Towels are unfortunately pretty frayed - there could be a few new ones ;) the mini kitchen in the closet is great and equipped with tea and coffee. Small fridge and two hotplates. TV with apps like Netflix and co, for use with your own account. Good WiFi available.

The Wagner family's beautiful accommodation in the heart of Bautzen is the perfect place to relax and take short trips to the old town and the surrounding area. We were completely satisfied, everything we needed was on site and the chic old building was furnished in a lovely way. 30m from the accommodation there is the Schwerdtner Bakery for a delicious breakfast and there is free parking for the night within walking distance or a little ways away in the nearest department store.Thank you for the great overnight accommodation ☺️

Super clean! And everything is new! Although I was assigned to climb five flights of stairs to the top floor, I was totally fine with that. A young employee was super nice and even went upstairs to help me carry it up when I checked in. The room is very spacious and has its own kitchen. The toilet is very clean, the shower is super comfortable, the bed is very comfortable, and the sheets are very clean. Highly recommended!

Parking lot at the main market, space for 10 cars. Parking fee €1.50 per hour.From 6 p.m. to 8 a.m. free of charge.Parking is free of charge, about a 10-minute walk on Schützenplatz or in the “Parkhaus Centrum” on Outer Lauenstrasse,Approx. 5 minutes walk for 6€ / 24 hours.Check-in went smoothly using a telephone number on the entrance door and a key safe.The room was very well maintained, clean and completely sufficient for 2 people. A mini kitchen was also available + filter coffee machine and small tea bar.30 m around the corner, on Reichenstrasse, is Café Schwerdtner. Ideal for breakfast.Check out is until 11 a.m. Payment possible on site or via credit card.We were very satisfied and would like to come back. Thank you very much 👌🙋♀️WiFi is provided

Lovely hotel overlooking the Christmas market. Quiet, clean, cozy. The room has everything you need. Cafes, pastry shops and shops are within walking distance. Located in the historical center. Very nice. I recommend it for a holiday.❤

Everything is just great, except for the water pressure in the shower. Be aware that the house has a very narrow and steep spiral staircase, so living on the upper floors with luggage is another challenge.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this property. Super cute, especially the kitchenette 😊plus the great view. What I also found particularly great was the selection of cosmetics that was available to me, not even 4 star hotels have that much choice. Finally, I would like to say that Bautzen is a really great city. The many unique restaurants and this attention to detail in all areas of this city are simply enchanting. I also really liked the people.

Best central location. Top apartment, nice size, nice kitchenette. Nice view. Top TV, high-quality cosmetics in the bathroom! Cheap price!The only drawback: the WiFi didn't work for me.

Very nice guesthouse. It is located in the middle of the city. You can stay overnight very well here. Even without breakfast it works great, as there is a lot nearby.
