We were here with 4 children and felt at home from the first minute! We had 2 apartments in the same house for 6 people, everything was perfect. Ms. Huber is a warm host and does everything with a lot of love in every detail. Everything is within walking distance, including a beautiful part of Lake Constance!

We had the most beautiful holiday apartment you could only imagine in the Huber guesthouse. Coziness, luxury and well-being are absolutely true here. The hostess is incredibly friendly and we actually felt at home. The stay there exceeded all of our expectations and we even extended our vacation there. We absolutely fell in love with the Säntis Suite and will be vacationing there again for a few days in the next few weeks.We have already recommended this guest house to all of our friends, acquaintances and relatives. Everything here was 100 percent right. Highly Recommended. We give this accommodation 10 out of 10 points!

My husband and I stayed in Suite Säntis from September 15th to 21st. We also had our dog with us. A very nice apartment, spacious and comfortably furnished with a balcony. The kitchen had great basic equipment, even a wine fridge. We use the breakfast service. That was plenty and nothing was left to be desired. Very nice family who always look after the well-being of their guests. Our dog was also thought of. Our bikes could be safely parked in the garage. There was also a charging option there. The possibility of shopping diagonally opposite was also practical. The place is very beautiful and offers a lot. There is a bus stop nearby and thanks to the Bodenseecard you can safely leave your car behind. The path to the lake is also just a few minutes' walk away. The cycle path network is well developed. We felt very comfortable. The area is simply wonderful, a visit to the Huber family is worth it.

We stayed in the Linzgau apartment as a family with 2 children. With this occupancy, the apartment, especially the living room/kitchen, is hardly usable. The living room is obstructed, so it is neither suitable for cooking, eating, nor for relaxing together. The terrace, on the other hand, is nice and big, but is only suitable for warm days.Overall, one has to say that the apartment has long since needed an overhaul, and defects seemed to have been repaired carelessly and hastily (open cable sticking out of the skirting board, lamps in the bedroom don't work, holes in the bathroom tiles pasted over with cheap imitation checkered metal, no cupboard door in the kitchen or bathroom closes properly, etc.).Ms. Huber, however, was always friendly and helpful with inquiries.The walking distance to Lake Constance was okay. And the fact that there is a supermarket in the immediate vicinity was also practical. Unfortunately, due to the volume of the B31, sleeping with the window open was not possible.

Recommended accommodationWe were guests for two weeks and can only draw a positive conclusion.The reception from the innkeeper was great, as was the on-site service.The holiday apartment was clean and practically furnished, the beds were comfortable and all the necessary kitchen utensils were there.We think it's good that dogs are welcome (even though we were there without a dog).Potential for improvement: TV reception limited and patio door allows view of toilet/bathroom (curtain would be good).

We stayed in the Säntis holiday apartment for 11 days. Very clean and modernly equipped...2 TVs, wine fridge, water mist fireplace, steam bath, etc... Supermarket opposite, bus stops 2 minutes away, a little chat with the nice and courteous hosts in between.Perfect... it doesn't matter that the holiday apartment doesn't have a dishwasher. Very, very happy again.....

We were guests at the Huber guesthouse with 2 families for 6 or 10 days. We felt in good hands from the first moment. Ms. Huber fulfills every wish and is always ready for a little chat. Shopping opportunities are right opposite in a well-stocked Rewe market. Otherwise, there are also plenty of restaurants with regional and international delicacies in and around Immenstaad. The bus stop is only a few meters away, so you can leave the car behind and relax. With the Bodenseecard, using public transport is even free.We recovered well and will definitely come back again.

We were there for the first time this year with our one-year-old son and we will come again. The apartment was clean and sufficient for our small family. It was about 10 minutes away from the pier and the nearest supermarket was directly opposite, making it an ideal location. The hostess was very friendly and the breakfast was very good.
