Clean comfortable accommodation in a relatively quiet location and safe environment. Comfortable beds, easy check-in.Only partially suitable for self-catering as the dining area is very small. Enough for a snack.

The room was clean and provided with all sorts of amenities. Nevertheless, I had several issues with the assistance staff.First of all, they notified me of the failed payment from my card the day right before my departure, leaving me a window of 2 hours to complete it, otherwise they would have cancelled my booking. After my first attempt at paying, the MONTH BEFORE, I had specifically called to make sure, and they had assured me that everything was fine. Also, when I got to my hotel room they sent me the wrong access code, so I had to call them to get a new one and this phone call alone to their "special" number cost me around 40 euros, emptying my credit. Cherry on top, although it was pretty chilly outside, the heating did not work because apparently it is set to go off only when the temperature outside goes below 10C. For the amount I paid, I don't think I deserved this kind of disservice.

This is the second time I have stayed in these apartments, and if necessary, I will book here again. Itâs so nice that they treat their guests so heartily. I have to travel to different cities and live in apartments of the same price category and I have something to compare with. So far Master Altona is in first place in terms of cleanliness, it is perfectly clean, there is not a single stain on the furniture or dishes! The shower is the most spacious and comfortable, special thanks to the designer! I also want to note that there is hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and even conditioner, all with wonderful scents, not just one canister of a universal product. There are also umbrellas on hand in case of rain. And here I cannot list more pleasant details in which I feel cared for us. There are moments that do not depend on the hotel. For example, the first time there was a very quiet room, and the second time the windows faced a street with paving stones and it was quite noisy in the morning when cars were driving, although the street was small. The location is good, if you come here from the industrial zone, it may seem that this is out of the way, but no, on the other side of the hotel there is a fairly busy area, there are all kinds of supermarkets, pharmacies, bus stops in all directions. In a word, I can recommend this place.

Very very clean and posh apartment. We stayed there for 1 night in Sep 2024. Bed is very comfortable. The location is a bit outskirt yet public transportation is super good - bus stop is 5 mins walk and buses are so frequent. The quietness is within good range despite a guy has talked loudly in the street briefly. Canât hear any traffic. Self-Check in. Highly recommended đđťđđť

Very nice, stylish room in loft style, in great shape, relatively new.Checking in is very easy using a PIN.You can find free parking on one of the side streets if you don't want to pay the somewhat expensive parking fee in the parking garage next to it.WiFi very good, welcome chocolate and snack and 2 bottles of water included.All in all, highly recommended for a city trip, we'll be back.

We love the location. Itâs is very central . Well connected to the highways. Very near the local attractions and a very nice Italian wholesaler next door to do our own cooking! The team is responsive via WhatsApp. We really love being here .

We slept here for 2 nights because of the Travis Scott concert. When we arrived we immediately noticed the room, which was really great for this price. A comfortable bed, a kitchen, a modern TV, a nice bathroom, etc. You can definitely have a good time here for not a lot of money.

The room was wheelchair accessible, very clean, modern and stylishly furnished. The bathroom is handicapped accessible and very chic. The shower is at ground level. The kitchenette is modern and clean. Everything you needed was there. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.Arrangements, access pins, etc. all went smoothly via WhatsApp.

Was now at the Hotel Master Altona Hamburg for the first time. Was very surprised, very clean, the rooms nicely decorated. Registering and checking in took a little getting used to as everything was only done via email and WhatsApp. But basically, it was very simple. There was also a small kitchen where you can prepare your own food. In terms of dishes, everything you need is there. I got an apartment that is actually for wheelchair users and is right next to the elevator. The bathroom is also spacious, open and accessible to disabled people. The view on the 5th floor is also very nice. My view was towards St.Pauli LandungsbrĂźcken. And if you love Italian, you'll get your money's worth just a few meters away, with a food market with everything you can find in Italy. The stay was very nice, and you can also have groceries bought if you need anything. In other words, I'll check in here again next time I'm in Hamburg, just great.

One of the best hotels I have visited. The contact was via WhatsApp (in English) and was very friendly. The room itself is not very large but clean and adequately furnished. The connection to public transport is not great, but there are various shops nearby so you can shop easily. It shares a fitness and sauna area with the neighboring Leonardo Hotel. The fitness room is very well equipped as far as hotel gyms go with modern machines, a free weight area and various things on the shelf.With a bit of luck you can find free parking spaces in front of the hotel, otherwise in the parking garage.For the price it is worth spending a few days there.(For people who are there for work reasons, it should be noted that the internet speed is extremely good (300-350 Mbit/s))
