Very nice, well-kept campsite. Very clean sanitary facilities, the best thing is the free use of the dishwashers and washing machines and dryers. That made it a lot easier. Places are big, everything is perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff. As a farewell there was a 3 liter canister with delicious apple juice😀 We would love to come back.

Very nice campsite with a great atmosphere and a very nice team. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. The playground for children is very nice; right next to the also very good restaurant. In the morning you can easily get rolls (without ordering in advance). Sanitary facilities are super clean and plentiful. We would love to come back to beautiful Lake Constance.

All good things come in threes because we are here for the third time and it won't be the last time.+ very friendly staff, we. We were greeted at the motorhome, given all the information we needed, shown to the site,+ I don't have to do the dishes because there are 4 dishwashers available+ the entire facility+ + + and much more- we only come once a year for a week

Were there for the first time. Were received very warmly. Very well maintained campsite. Sanitary facilities very good. At the Lädle you can quench your thirst and enjoy the beautiful view of the harbor. The restaurant is also highly recommended. Any time.

A super nice campsite, staff absolutely friendly and helpful. The places are sufficiently large. Sanitary facilities modern and very clean.Washing machine and dryer as well as dishwasher are free, which is really not available on many campsites. Bus and ferry are within walking distance. Of course you can hear the street but that didn't bother us at all and let's be honest, the place has to be on some street. The menu in the restaurant is very clear, but the dishes tasted good and the waiters were all very, very friendly.We will definitely spend our next Lake Constance vacation here again. Tip to the entire team, keep it up.👍👍👍

Beautifully located at the marina. Higher prices for average dishes can be found on the clearly laid out menu. Very courteous staff and fast service.The boss sits right at the entrance like a spider and meticulously observes every movement in her web of hospitality

Every year we come here for one night on our Lake Constance tour by boat.Despite high season and full occupancy, we are always received very warmly and get a great seat both in the harbor and in the restaurant. The food is excellent, plentiful and completely justified in terms of price.Actually a 10 out of 10 for us.Please continue!

The quality of the food is disappointing for the hefty prices that are fetched here. If a restaurant doesn't manage simple dishes like a schnitzel so that it tastes good (the quality of the meat was inferior), garnishes it carelessly and charges just under €20 for it, you as a guest won't go home satisfied. The zander crisps looked like frozen goods and were also served carelessly. What was really annoying was the staff, who shouted instructions over the guests' heads, so you really couldn't relax and we unfortunately left the restaurant in a hurry after the meal - a shame because it was actually a great location. The behavior of the staff created an unpleasant rush and you felt as if you had to go into the kitchen yourself and pick up and distribute plates because you could hear all the instructions. It is clear to me that there is a shortage of staff everywhere and there are many unskilled service workers working. I worked in service myself for years, even untrained, but I was far from behaving in such an unprofessional manner. The staff was friendly in direct customer contact. Please train your employees not to shout over the guests' heads or across the terrace - which happened not just once but all the time. The so-called “head waitress” should be given special training in her role because she brought a hectic pace into the team that even the guests noticed. The highlight was that she let her cell phone alarm clock ring for over 3 minutes in the middle of the terrace next to the guests. Unfortunately you can only give one star here.

Great place to spend a relaxing holiday. We had booked apartment 5, which had a direct view of the lake/harbour. Having breakfast on the balcony is a highlight.In addition, when I asked for an adapter for our baby's bottle warmer, the boss couldn't find an adapter. He disappeared into his apartment for five minutes to lend us his own private bottle warmer. Super attentive and accommodating👌🏻

We were at the campsite for 10 days,definitely deserves 5 stars. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, from the groundskeeper to the ladies and gentlemen at the reception. When you arrive you will be taken to your seat by the groundskeeper and everything will be explained to you.The campsite is very well maintained, toilets and showers are always clean and 50 cents are completely sufficient for a shower. The hotel's own beach is beautiful and well maintained. There is a small shop that has the most important things and fresh and delicious bread rolls every morning. There are 2 washing machines and dryers that can be used free of charge, and in the dish room there are also 4 dishwashers that are also free of charge. The location is ideal for cycling as the Lake Constance cycle path passes directly in front of the campsite. We can't rate the restaurant because we weren't there.We will be back definitely.

Dining restaurant right on the lake that doesn't open at lunchtime in the high season? Where is that? The house with the harbor and the many guest spaces would actually be ideal for water sports enthusiasts. Due to the service (the boss couldn't find our reservation and we were processed in 45 minutes...) and the poor quality of the food, the house is not recommended.

In the past, you could dock your boat in the harbor and enjoy various delicacies on the terrace right on the lake. The Helmsdorf restaurant now only opens at 5:00 p.m. So you have to switch to another port. I had an extremely good experience at the WVF clubhouse in Fischach. There is delicious food with a good price-performance ratio.

We stayed at the CP for 4 days (July 2024) including the dog.Simply put: everything was top notch!50ct per shower is completely ok, but you have a washing machine, dryer (unfortunately the older model no longer dries) and dishwasher for free!All facilities were well maintained and very clean!The entire staff was very friendly and always helpful. We have rarely experienced such a warm welcome!We'll definitely be back!

About the restaurant: unfortunately no Google entry of its own, but from our point of view as a family it should definitely be avoided. The boss sits on a throne as a supposed countess and directs. We felt like we were being looked at askance the whole time and the service staff didn't have it easy.About the campsite: a very nice, well-located place, with a great beach, a nice shop called Lädele, super nice reception staff and the groundskeepers are also in a good mood. We were there for 2 weeks with children and all, felt very comfortable except for the restaurant and can fully recommend the place! The pitches are also well located, often have a good population of trees for shade and the pitch is gravelled. The sanitary facilities are tidy and clean and are cleaned regularly! Showering costs extra, but the 50 cents for 3:20 minutes shouldn't hurt, I think. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are available free of charge. The night's rest was also observed. So we'll be back, just not to the restaurant.

Beautiful campsite with great sanitary facilities and a chic restaurant. The term “first row right on the water” is slightly misleading, but you can see Lake Constance😉
