We were under the roof, and despite reports that the room was air conditioned, there was NO AIR CONDITIONING.It's intolerable, it was terribly hot.The place is also saturated with mosquitoes and there are no screens on the windows either.The cleaning ladies neither changed our towels nor made the bed even though we asked!The price of the night was horribly expensive for mediocre services.Not even a French news channel even though the program near the TV mentioned it.Bad, bad and bad for an exorbitant price.Place to flee.Go to Germany, it’s 200 m away!

The good: nice green location, good rooms and generally friendly staff.The bad: dear people, your check-in is a disaster. Service number does not work, and nobody informed us that the keys could be collected at the nearby hotel (we booked through booking). Common! We at least had internet and could figure it out, but I can see how others would simply be stuck without accommodation. Please fix this, so next time we stay with you, we are not stranded.

Very pretty, clean good location. But be careful of hiding costs!!! On site we had to pay 105EUR!!!!! Additional payments because of dogs, because of dog cleaning and parking!!!! Unfortunately, this greatly diminishes the positive impression.It can happen that the room wasn't made because of new staff. I was just annoyed because I missed a Zoom meeting. We reached an agreement and received free breakfast as compensation. The staff was always friendly and tried very hard. What really annoyed us was the additional payment, that dogs cost extra, ok. But 105€!!!! It's already steep!

We are not available, leave a message... I heard this announcement again and again and I couldn't check in!!! The booking was confirmed and yesterday I finally had someone on the phone (they hadn't responded to my email). I asked how the check-in worked, the lady said I should just call when I was there. Today I arrived at 3 p.m., called as agreed and got no answer. I spoke to the combox x times. Nothing came, communication was refused, I couldn't check in and had to drive home. I've never experienced anything like this!! I can only advise you not to book this accommodation. Because you obviously can't be sure that you can actually move into the accommodation. A shame!

Nice room with kitchenette, large bathroom but a lot of traffic noise. The windows insulate very well, but in warm temperatures it quickly becomes stuffy.

Very nice, modern rooms, friendly staff and it's only a few minutes' walk to Konstanz city center.One star deducted for the fly problem and the fact that they were not removed (vacuumed) after notification. It would help to put mosquito spray and hand brushes (or vacuum cleaners) in every room, then the guests could remove the many flies themselves.

I had a really nice, large room... with a kitchenette. It was about 50 m to cross the border into Germany. There was enough parking space and very clean.

Very nice apartments, good proximity to the city center of Konstanz. Good starting point for cycling tours. From here we drove to the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen.

Very nice accommodation, small apartments with good basic amenities. Only about 20 minutes on foot to Lake Constance, about 5 minutes to the Rhine. Nice staff.
