What happened to the coin??? Our friends were regular guests for many years, and so were we...now we only read horror reviews...the owners back then were nice and friendly...a lady told us in August that she had a room there with her husband... Staff unfriendly, snotty, rushed, always no time.. Breakfast also minimalistic...you can run a hotel down if you don't feel like it...and in a prime location...are you still in the right mindset to deal with guests like that? ... then sold ... kills the fly ... a few meters away there is another unfriendly host in orange ... disappears from Meersburg ... ugh 😡😠

I rate the food here. The restaurant is old-fashioned, narrow and stuffy. It was loud, the food was simple. All in all OK, but nothing more.

The fish platter and the service were very good. :-) the view of the lake is fantastic.

The service is unprofessional and does not respond to negative criticism and more or less ignores it. The salad is careless and dressed with extremely bad dressing. The meal, schnitzel and cordon bleu, was ok and the quantity was sufficientBut that was it. Were not overnight guests.

A stuffy little room with a window facing a side street (heat...no fresh air), loud neighbors (Italian restaurant owners), who moved into their apartments at 11.30 p.m. with their children, no breakfast included in the price, dogs allowed, 1 garage space next to the hotel (chargeable) ,very good location on the lake promenade, central.Reception only manned from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. 1 maid for 13 rooms, everything was very clean, you can only get into the hotel with a key.

The views are beautiful. The food, on the contrary, is terrible. The kitchen staff has had too much to drink. when you give him a warning, he tells you something in a foreign language. kitchen equipment should change.😕

The view is amazing but the food is not good. There is a problem in the kitchen area. The staff says bad things in a foreign language. 😞They are very rude and disrespectful.

Had lunch there. We ordered 3x cheese spaetzle and 1x roast with spaetzle.All 4 people experienced abdominal pain, nausea and sometimes diarrhea. Not to mention that the food tasted bad and salt is probably a foreign word in the kitchen.Sorry but that doesn't work!Serving food that is expensive and doesn't taste good is one thing, obviously not adhering to hygiene standards and endangering people's health is another!The one star is for the friendly service and location.Please don't go there, there's clearly something wrong in the store!

It was my first time in Germany and I had a great and wonderful time. The hotel was beautiful, clean and very welcoming, staying near the river, wake up in the morning smelling the morning breeze, was a wonderful experience. Breakfast was great and very delicious, customer service the best. My next visit to Europe Seehotel Zur Munz will definitely be a place for me again.

We stayed in the corner room for a short vacation. Very nice and clean. Fantastic view from the balcony directly over the lake and mountains and still right in the middle of the action on the promenade. Thanks to the many alternatives, we didn't miss breakfast. Managing director very friendly and competent. Meersburg is a very cute little town with great small and unusual shops and a seaside resort. The ferry is three minutes away and there is a lot to discover (Mainau, Konstanz, Friedrichshafen...). Prices are reasonable for a tourist place. Local (especially for urchins) and ice cream very tasty and fresh. Always my pleasure :-)

Were only there for dinner this week. Food (cheese spaetzle and spagetti Bolognese, both with a side salad) was okay. The service was super friendly and quick. The price is borderline in my opinion, but you're sitting on the promenade on Lake Constance

Went to the restaurant 3 times. Very tasty salad with our own dressing. Had lots of different dishes and they were all delicious. And served quickly. The käsespätzle had very high quality cheese in it, I noticed that right away. The schnitzels were simply delicious. Likewise the asparagus with hollandaise.
