We stayed with Mr. Petzhold for 4 days and were thrilled with the guesthouse and the zoo.The breakfast was very good and the fresh home-made sausage rounded things off a bit.Mr. Petzholz responded to all requests and was very nice to the guests. We would book there again and again.Thank you !

We had a great stay with Mr. Petzold. The location is absolutely relaxing, the small "zoo" is a great thing for the children, who are allowed to feed themselves early on.The breakfast was very tasty and freshly prepared.Special thanks again personally for providing things due to my back pain. Really recommended...The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was also very tasty..In addition, Mr. Petzold is very friendly and helpful. Our children had a lot of fun feeding the animals in the morning. We would be happy to come back and can recommend this guesthouse to everyone without hesitation👌

Very nice guesthouse operator who tries hard in every case. Children are allowed to feed the animals after breakfast. Rooms were clean. Ultimately great for everyone who doesn't need luxury.Even though we prefer to sleep in a hotel with air conditioning, curtains and a fully automatic coffee machine, I still give it full stars. For a pension, that's a good service you get there.

We had booked the entire guesthouse for a family reunion over New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. We were allowed to move around completely freely and even use the kitchen and bar. The hosts are very nice people. The rooms are a bit old but clean. So thumbs up!

We had a wonderful long weekend over New Year's Eve, for which we had an additional... We had also planned a second celebration for our birthday and had booked almost all the rooms. The very friendly innkeepers trusted us and actively supported us with our celebration plans. Thank you very much for that and also for the meat products that we were able to purchase directly from you for the New Year's Eve barbecue. For us it was an unforgettable family event. We'd love to come back.

Don't use Google maps to try and find this pension. Once you turn off the main road, take the lane to the right and go up the hill about 100 yards, and its on your left. They have a very interesting animal collection. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet.
