Gorgeous frescoes caught out attention while passing and we decided to seek a little refreshment within. ||A charming hostelry, staff were very welcoming and we enjoyed our stay. In what is a house with an eventful back-story.  …

Very ideal location, near to a free overnight parking. I had a single room that was extremely small and right next to the elevators, so I could sleep well.

In the center of Constanta located in a beautiful historical building. Good service at reception. Spacious room with a very comfortable bed. And to top it off a spectacular breakfast. All at a very good price.

Beautiful place. You can walk straight into the old city. Near a parking garage (easy to find with a funny collection of bells in front of the door including Bacchus). Beautiful building and well adapted to the function of a hotel. Rooms are very small and dated. Breakfast excellently provided. Lots of choice and nice ambiance. In short, recommended.

We booked an apartment for one night and even got an upgrade to the suite (a former apartment) at no extra charge. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The price is not cheap, so one point is deducted, but the location for a short trip to Konstanz is great!

I lived in Konstanz for a long time and was excited to get to know the inside of the building, which looks great from the outside, as a guest: a good hotel in a top location. I would have liked to award more points, but unfortunately that's not possible for a room for 154 euros per night, which is very small (especially the bathroom) and whose only window in the sleeping area is a balcony door to a terrace that is publicly accessible to hotel guests. The price would have to be adjusted here. There is no air conditioning (other than a fan) - for those who cannot cope with warm rooms.A good hotel - but not for this price!

There were three of us in a twin room with a double bed and a pull-out sofa and we paid €236/night for it.The rooms are very simple, the bathroom is tiny, the bedside lamps were damaged (cables hanging out) and the beds were sagging. When showering, you constantly hit the faucet and the regulator.Furthermore, the hotel does not have air conditioning, which is why we would not recommend it, especially in summer. The temperatures in the room were unbearable at night. We were only provided with a small defective fan.Breakfast was again fine. The reception staff were also friendly. On the whole the room would have been perfectly fine for €60-70 per night, but not for €236. Unfortunately, price-performance is not right.
