We spontaneously wanted to have lunch today and came across the Landgasthof Holzwurm. There is a nice beer garden where there would have been enough seats available, but none were assigned to us, which is why they are all reserved. Where it wasn't the case. So we went into the restaurant. The boss is a specimen in himself who only makes stupid comments (very unfriendly). Food was satisfactory, but that was about it.

It's just bad because we were here all week on Mondays, you're not even allowed to eat in the room or drink anything, no kettle because there's no heating, the room is as cold as hell but €80 a night isn't even possible and you hear stupid sayings sorry, just way too expensive for that

Went to Holzwurm in the beer garden for the first time today. Since it's carp season, the choice wasn't difficult. The food was excellent.Very nice and friendly hospitality.We will come back in any case.

A very nice hotel, familiar environment and the rooms are very nice and clean. We often stay in different hotels, but we never felt as at home as we did here. The food is fantastic. We felt very comfortable and would like to thank you very much for your hospitality.

Unfortunately, we have to agree with the others with their bad experiences...The three of us were there in July 2022 and wanted to eat and drink in the beer garden, the internet map looked good. It was then revealed to us that these were just suggestions and that there was another valid evening menu. The selection was very simple, no comparison with the internet map. We then only ordered one drink. When paying then the “grumpy” landlord...We'll definitely never come back!
