Nice clean apartments. Everything you need is there, nothing seems worn or anything like that. In our case, a bed set was forgotten at the beginning, a short WhatsApp was written and the small defect was fixed within half an hour, which I thought was great. If I come back to visit my hometown and there are rooms available, I would be happy to book here again.

I liked:- Apartment consisting of: living/dining area with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom- Nicely decorated- Very clean- Very quiet residential area- Technical check-in very modern and smooth- Parking spaces directly in front of the house- Bakeries and supermarkets nearby (approx. 5 - 10 minutes walk)- Memorial on the Schlossberg (good view) in the immediate vicinity (10 min. walk); However, the area there is very unkempt, which is actually unworthy of the memorialI liked less:- about 30-40 minutes walk to the train station (but you know beforehand)- There is no comfortable seating in the “Miss Marple” apartment; An armchair or at least one comfortable, upholstered chair would be desirable, but will probably not fit due to the small size of the apartment - there are only two wooden chairs with a small seat and a fairly vertical backrest (comfortable sitting is not possible with this)- No wardrobe to hang jackets and trousers. In the bedroom there is only a clothes rail, which is a bit in the way due to the cramped conditions. There is a chest of drawers with compartments and two drawers.- TV can only be used from the bed- Right next to the bedroom is the boiler room, which creates a background noise that wasn't dramatic, but which I would have liked to have done without.Conclusion:Nice, but very small apartment with a few weaknesses, but they were tolerable for me. Overall good price/performance ratio. I felt very comfortable there for 5 nights.

We spent 2 nights in Roomeries Apartment 'Mr.Frank'.Information about check in andCheck in on site went smoothly and easily. The apartment was spotlessly clean and cozy. Nothing was missing and everything worked.The location was perfect for us.Roomerie would be happy again.Clear recommendation 👍

My husband and I were on vacation in Sulzbach and Hahnbach from September 22nd to 26th.We felt very comfortable in the roomerie; booking, checking in, payment, etc. were all completely uncomplicated.Nice apartment, we stayed in the Uhlheck, living area, kitchen, bathroom, everything was great.Parking spaces in the surrounding area.Bakery, supermarket, Pizzeria Antonio and a nice cafe “Kaffeeladen” can be reached on foot in 5 to 10 minutes.On our next visit home our accommodation will again be the Roomerie 😊.For the worse season, a shoe rack might be good and coat hooks to hang up jackets(we didn't need it in September, the weather was great)

Very nice appartement in a quiet corner of Rosenberg (except for the church's bells). Lovely decorations, nicely equipped kitchen and very nice bathroom. I will certainly return during my next stay in SuRo.

Very nicely decorated apartments. Everything is very attractive and functional.We had a problem checking in, but we were helped very quickly, in a friendly and uncomplicated manner.I highly recommend it!

Beautifully furnished apartment. Everything you need. Completely hassle-free access to the guesthouse. We accommodated our brother-in-law and sister-in-law and they loved it. Central location and everything within walking distance. Price/performance great.

The apartment is modernly furnished and clean. I immediately felt comfortable. The 24-hour check-in is also particularly practical. There are parking spaces directly in front of the hotel and others with electric charging stations in the immediate vicinity. Shops and restaurants are easily accessible on foot and by car. I can recommend the accommodation.
