My husband and I booked the "hotel" here through this tour operator and it quickly turned out that this was not a hotel. When we arrived we had to get keys from a safe in order to even be able to enter the building. Once inside we found a room with three tables that was sold as a restaurant, where the walls were covered with notes... which instructed us to follow. When we left the room, a small bar in the "hallway" and a sauna with a partition wall "hidden" awaited us in the next room. And then we went out into the stairwell, I've never booked a "hotel" as bad as this one, the stairwell was full of decorations...So a residential building was temporarily converted into a guesthouse or whatever that was supposed to represent!Room was ok, but everything else didn't correspond to what was advertised by this tour provider. It was terribly bad, charging so much money for something like that is just outrageous. The landlady was also not open to questions or other concerns; she could not be reached in person or by telephone. There was no restaurant in the house itself, you had to drive to a separate restaurant.Wellness wasn't the way you usually imagine it was, but rather provisionally rebuilt, as we saw in the photos.Thank God we didn't use anything and left the same day.

This was our second time at the Wellnesshaus Waldmünchen and we weren't disappointed this time either. The treatments were very soothing and carried out professionally. …

We were there 3 nights. It was already a bit borderline upon arrival. We had to get the key from a safe that was kept outside the front door. There was no personal greeting and the appointments for the massage were already in the room.Information about the process was on a tray that was set up for you to read.Rooms were nice, large and modernly furnished.Just the colors on the wall take a lot of getting used to.Breakfast was okay, you had to find everything yourself.Wellness consisted of massages, which were otherwise very good. The Aqua Fit was sold to us as an adventure pool. Elsewhere we learned that the bathroom was not what it promised. For every question you had to ring the bell, sometimes you had the feeling that it was very annoying for the owner. We had vouchers for the 3 nights, and at the end we were charged €30 for energy costs. In summer, when heating is not necessary. I found it very exaggerated.

Were very disappointed with the massage. We know differently for the price.|Room was fine and breakfast was good.|Sauna unfortunately only after registration and with an extra price. That should be different. …

Before our vacation, I booked a breuss massage with pickup at the hotel. It all worked out wonderfully. When we arrived at the house I had to put on my slippers and then wait in a room until the masseuse came. When this came you had to go through the hallway to the massage room on the first floor.Nobody heard anything about cleanliness there.I wasn't asked what massage I wanted either. The lady told me her whole life story and stopped 5 minutes early and walked out of the room. When she came back everything had to happen very quickly because the next people were already in the door. Conclusion: never again. For 34.90 +3€ shuttle service was expected otherwise

I received a MyDays voucher from friends for two nights including a 30-minute back massage. In short, I wouldn't book it myself. The rooms were clean, the breakfast, well... I think the concept that you say what you want to eat the day before is very good, but then it would also be nice to get fresh rolls and not cheap baked rolls - I could hardly get them down on the second day because who are really shit. The massage 😅 it wasn't a massage, it was more like a stroking oiling. A real masseur would also ask beforehand whether there are any complaints and whether he needs to pay attention to anything.I also don't think it's a good thing that the appointments are simply scheduled. I asked again four days before arrival what the appointments were like and didn't get an answer. You are within walking distance of the city. What's a shame is that no interior decorator was consulted during the renovation. Everything is newly renovated, but there is simply no concept behind it. I would call it wildly thrown together if you want to know the interior design style. Oh yes, if you want to do your business in the toilet, your partner has to leave the room. At least in our room there was no real door that closed, the glass pane served more as a privacy screen, but doesn't close flush and the "handles" are holes in the glass - zero privacy.Luckily we had nice weather so we were hardly there.

The worst and unfriendly thing we have ever experienced!!!- Did not receive a booked massage because she postponed the appointment without consulting her- the wrong button was pressed on the fully automatic coffee machine and it was completely folded up- Corona rules were not reported at the time- rudely challenged- in short, - without rhyme or reasonBut that's probably how voucher guests are treated. We left early and received nothing of our paid services. No compromise with the lady. Why should she, she already had the money! At the end we were informed that we had to refrain from leaving a bad review as much as possible - she would then take action against us with a lawyer. Oh yes, not to forget the threat of the police if we didn't leave within 10 minutes!! (Even though another night was booked and paid for!) We can't understand how she still manages to get through various sites like check24 and holydaycheck. Great flagship for the city of Waldmünchen. Unfortunately, a truthful assessment seems undesirable here...

The rating would also have to include points with a negative rating system, then this wellness house would get the full negative score. - All I can say is, stay away from this wellness house -In the course of the reviews I found a similar case to mine.I purchased my voucher in 2019 through Voucher Wonderland. During the pandemic, no stays could be booked because, as we know from the past, there were some legal requirements. I have contacted Voucher Wonderland and the wellness house several times in the past. Voucher Wonderland referred me to the wellness house and the wellness house informed me that they were temporarily closed due to staff illnesses, but that I would receive information in good time when things continued and we could book a reservation. Feedback from the wellness house EQUALLY ZERO!!!!!!!!Although Voucher Wonderland gave me a written confirmation of my timely registration before the voucher's validity expired, the wellness house now rejects it and claims that the validity has expired.Goodwill towards customers - ZERO!!!!Well, I will also confront Voucher Wonderland with the same review, maybe they like that some of their cooperation partners are also dragging them in the negative.Take a close look at the reviews, the wellness house is not particularly recommended
