The location is good for a base to explore the city. The room is clean and well equipped. We were here in August and the room was very, very warm and unfortunately there is no air conditioning. Food is not an option.

Caution! This is not a hotel, but a rehabilitation facility that rents out rooms. After 5 p.m. there is no reception, you have to get the key from a poorly lit box using a pin. Not that bad, but the remote key has huge flaws. It took me an hour to finally get into the room. Then I went out again, only to find that the key doesn't open the door to the hotel. Then, thank God, I found a door in the underground car park that leads into the hotel. Next I wanted to get a beer from the machine, which was left right on the edge. I tried with all my might to get the machine going, only to discover that there was neither a bottle opener nor a small refrigerator in the room. This also applies to coffee machines and free water. A bottle of water costs €3 and mine had an expiry date of a month away. Even though there is a pool, you can't get in until 8 p.m. or so because there are rehab classes going on. This is not mentioned at all. I simply expect something different from a facility that claims to be a hotel and advertises a pool. Breakfast or at least coffee is not offered. A normal shower is also a bit difficult as the water doesn't drain properly and you are asked to shower in a spartan manner. You also pay €50 if you use the TV remote control incorrectly.I really can't recommend this establishment as a hotel. As a rehab it may be okay because the rehab patients always have priority over the guests.

Large rooms with lots of light through large windows, nice room design (a few blemishes on some of the furniture), location a little more remote in Regensburg from the city center, sauna 70+90 degrees and swimming pool (but a little colder), fitness room, service friendly and helpful, underground parkingMinus for no breakfast option, you could supposedly book it, but we were told straight away upon arrival that there was no such thing.

Ideally located hotel for us. The rooms are sufficient for two people. The reception is ultra-friendly. We come there often and have never had any problems. And we will always stay there again.

Luckily we were only there one night.The 'hotel' is located in a rehab facility and feels more like you are in a hospital or rehab rather than a hotel. The furnishings of the rooms are okay, but nothing more.The pillows are very thin and lumpy!Since we were only there one night, we didn't use the fitness area, but there is a printout in the room that says it can only be used from around 5 p.m. during the week, as well as the swimming pool, which is open for group treatments during the week 8 p.m. can be occupied. Depending on capacity, you can take part in these. The sauna can only be used between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m.This is not apparent beforehand!In the shower, please turn off the water, otherwise it could overflow. You can also forget about taking a relaxing shower.The bathroom door was loud when opening and closing, so the other person in the room was also awake. The ventilation system in the bathroom was very loud, even though the door was closed you could only go back to sleep after it had been running for a long time.It was very warm in the room, despite the outside temperature being below 20 degrees.The breakfast room is more reminiscent of a cafeteria. The breakfast was clear for the price. Regional, organic and fair trade was stated when booking. Definitely not.Staff was friendly.Complaints are accepted with the advice that if something needs to be replaced anyway, we will think about it or take a look.We were told very noticeably by the flower that for 70 euros plus breakfast you can't expect more and that you can choose your hotel according to your requirements.Yes, if the hotel doesn't look a lot better than it actually is, then that's fine.We have already stayed in several hotels, both cheaper and more expensive, but you can just tell that the focus here is not on the hotel.Definitely not again.

You can't really call it a hotel here. About 3km from the center, it is located in the middle of a rehabilitation center. The room was okay. A bit shabby but large, clean and comfortable. The only thing missing was a refrigerator. We were surprised at breakfast. No buffet, but a tray with a generous breakfast was served. Something different than what we know. But really good. Sauna and swimming pool are available to guests from 8 p.m. There are free parking spaces in the underground car park.

the rooms are on the 3rd floor of a health center. spacious and comfortable and very neat. Breakfast is on the ground floor and is served complete with orange juice and coffee or tea. with fruit and ample toppings and sweet toppings. it can be supplemented if desired. a spacious basement parking lot available, and public transport to the center and old town just a few meters away. Also an Italian rest. at 100m distance. good and affordable cuisine.

Nice large room (2 people and baby) It just smelled a bit musty. But opened the windows and it was fine. Nice shower. Hygiene excellent. View was not nice, they were building. So you also hear this noise early (around 7:30). It is in a rehabilitation center, but rooms are for people who are not patients. Breakfast is in the same room as the patients. It has a bit of a hospital vibe.You pay €10 extra for a baby cot. You cannot choose breakfast, it is simply brought to you. This was enough. We had a brown and white hard roll per person, 2 slices of salami, ham, cheese, piece of brie and pre-packed butter, chocolate spread, jam and cheese spread cups. Also an apple, packaged muffin and packaged cup of yogurt. Tea/coffee and orange juice. They also asked for fried eggs or boiled eggs. So quite fine. €10 for breakfast.
