I recently stayed here with my fiancée for over a month. The owners are wonderful people who do everything they can to ensure your stay is pleasant and relaxing. The rooms are very nice, clean, and come with all necessary amenities, i.e. sink, stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer, utensils, towels, etc. The personnel who clean the room are very respectful, sweet, and professional. This has been the best place I have ever stayed at away from home. It is centrally located near bakeries, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and a Unites States military base. Their prices are very reasonable and the heaters work great in the winter!

It is a nice, clean apartment, with very good attention from the staff, they are very friendly and if they do not speak your language they make an effort to say the necessary words to know if you are okay or need something, it is very well located and comfortable, I really like it. I felt like at home.

Firstly, let me say my accommodations while I was there was the highlight of my entire tour there. The attention to comfort and service was totally about exceptional. I won't stay anywhere else if I return there in the future. Secondly, Hello Lance and Barbara, I'm doing well in Iraq wish I was still there. Hope to return soon and I'll be looking for your locations.

Hands down best hotel in the Graf area!! Less than 3 minutes from Gate 1. Superior cleaning staff, and the owners were great. Accommodations were off the charts, more like an apartment than a hotel, free wifi, and huge living room. Can't wait until my next trip to Germany, I will be staying here again!!!

Totally recommend The Homestead Hotel. We had a excellent stay. The owners really took care of us. The apartment was amazing and it fit our family perfect. The apartment is walking distance to the walk-in gate 1 to US Bavaria Base.

Enjoyed staying here for two weeks while we searched for housing when we arrived in Grafenwohr. The owners were very accommodating and pleasant to interact with. They made sure checking-in and out of the apartment was very easy and hassle-free. The staff that clean and pick up the linen were very friendly, easy to talk to and very helpful. The apartment was very clean and well kept. Having a refrigerator, stove-top, microwave and laundry made it feel like a home. Had it been listed for rent, would want to live there. Would definitely recommend to others coming to the area.

It says hotel in the title, but this place isn’t your usual hotel, more like apartment. At the end of the day nobody wants to go back to a stuffy hotel, the room was spacious and comfortable. Great restaurants in the area, but the Homestead was so accommodating with the amenities it provides, I had a full kitchen with utensils to cook my own meals. I would recommend the Homestead to all my family and friends. I will be returning one day myself.

From making reservations to checking out, nothing could've been more simpler. The rooms were large, but welcoming, and give you a home away from home feel. Will definitely be staying there again and will be first on my list of places to stay.
