I came to this hotel after being unable to access the hotel I originally booked in Weiden due to technical issues.The woman at the reception was really nice, even though I arrived after 1am, she calmed me down and understood my frustration.The room was very good and the overall experience was life saving 🥰

👉 Disappointing - worthy of a maximum of 3 stars instead of 4 🫤+ Great location near the center.+ There is a park right next to the hotel for walking.+ Staff very friendly.+ Breakfast was okay.- The hotel is getting old and should be renovated.- Elevators also need to be overhauled. In 1 of 2, shortly before stopping at height, there was a strong jerking and loud noises.- The room doors absorb zero noise. You can practically hear everything that goes on in the hallway and when doors in other rooms open and close.- We were there for 2 nights and therefore had room service once: everything was freshly made, only the bed remained untidy. We've never experienced anything like this before. It's hard to imagine that it was "forgotten" since it's in the middle of the room and should be noticed.

Rooms ran a little hot, but were good. Comfy bed, id 100% ask for an extra pillow. Breakfast was great. Staff was very accomodating, sincere, and genuine. Good location with food and transportation close by.

The hotel has a nice location close to the center of Weiden. It is of slightly older date, which it clearly shows. As a 4**** hotel it lacks facilities. There is no air conditioning or other ventilation, which means that the rooms are unbearably hot, especially in the summer period. It is necessary to sleep with open windows, with a lot of noise.The breakfast is ok and the staff attentive.
