Very nice house. A paradise for children. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent childcare with many offers for children of all ages. Adults also get their money's worth. Delicious food as well as soothing massages and much more. A relaxing and fun-filled holiday for the whole family. It was definitely not our last visit.

That was the third year in a row in Zettisch :) The fourth follows... Everything was great again. Thanks to the TOP employees who are always friendly and helpful. Without you, the whole thing wouldn't work. BIG PRAISE :)Our two kids were once again so excited that there were tears when we left. So it was clear to us parents that we would come back next year.Small note to the Ulrichshof team (NOT a criticism :)... The number of "waiters" or "dish clearers" during meal times seems to have decreased slightly. So many tables were still “dreggärdd” when the new hungry guests arrived. But that's just by the way, everything always worked out for us! Hats off :) But we all know that the shortage of skilled workers is taking a negative turn... everywhere.Otherwise, PLEASE keep doing what we have known and loved for the last 3 years...We are looking forward to 2025 and wish all employees of the Ulrichshof team a good time. Stay healthy. See you next year in the “gorgeous” Ulrichshof in Zettisch :PGreetings from Bamberch :)

We stayed in Ulrichshof twice last year and after trying out more Familotels, we have to write this review because Ulrichshof was by far the best of the hotels so far for us.- nice reception and great lobby.-Very nice rooms, hygienic with good facilities including hair conditioner etc.- great service overall, no wish remains unfulfilled (special thanks to Mr. Sommer at the restaurant), delicious dinner with different wine bottles and not cones and beautifully prepared plates like from a star chef. And dinner doesn't end at 8 p.m., like some other children's hotels.- mega spa, was open until 11 p.m. at our time and there were infusions from Joachim 😇- great sports activities are also included for adults, I think the great trainer was called Radev. I'm already looking forward to the next training session.- Childcare is great for the children! Diverse and beautiful. We haven't even seen the new additions yet.-cake time with a varied selection of delicious cakes. We have never been able to relax so well with the children anywhere before and would love to come back. Price performance is unbeatable compared to other similar hotels. Big praise and thanks to the team.

We stayed at the Ulrichshof for the first time based on a recommendation. The offer for children is great, and adults don't miss out either. We saw our teenagers (10,14) at mealtimes and the little one (3) also had her ideas about how she would like to spend the day. The possibility of putting the children in care is also available. Since we didn't use it and haven't seen every corner of the hotel yet, we'll definitely come back. Quote from my 13 year old niece: You are never too old for the Ulrichshof (and she was there for the first time when she was 6).

Let's make it short: the hotel is first class for both children and parents in terms of offers and experiences. The hotel has a concept, plan and philosophy from A to Z!The journey was a bit annoying, it's pretty much in the middle of nowhere and very rural.Kitchen excellent and very varied with high quality food, service on the whole (some speak German poorly, but are temporary workers) impeccable, atmosphere and furnishings almost perfect. Lobby 1 with *!The girls down at reception seemed a bit bored and uninspired, but friendly nonetheless. Great service at the concierge counter upstairs! (Especially the man, unfortunately I don't remember his name)What really worried me was the narrow-minded clientele. Without smiles, enthusiasm or hearts, most wealth-saturated parents carelessly fork over their food, drink their Lilees and Aperol Spritz on their cell phones to numb themselves from 3 p.m. and hang lazily in the sauna or bar in the evenings. You could somehow feel the overall depressing mood at times , that the standard of living that has been achieved somehow seems to lead to a certain monotony, which in no way seems to allow lived joy and was somehow reminiscent of an outdoor experiment for vegetative state patients.Somehow very, very sad to see and also a shame for the children. What's wrong with you??????? You're doing so well and your energy, gestures and facial expressions don't notice anything?!Some of my egos also seemed to have little interest in the rules of the hotel (putting shoes on shelves, for example), which is quite the case compared to the staff and cleaners who have to work really hard to keep this huge complex even halfway tidy seemed disrespectful. It's really hard to put shoes neatly on a shelf, right!? Who raised you, I wonder.Even in the sauna area, some people feel that they have to assert sovereignty over infusions over others, all inflated ego trips that do little to add to the charm of this hotel. If this is the life this clientele has always dreamed of, then goodnight Johanna.Otherwise, we would love to come back to this wonderful place. Thank you very much for your commitment, dear hotel staff, you really have my complete respect.Optimization suggestions:-Glue birds or something to the window areas; my son ran into the glass door twice in the sauna.-Non-slip floors in the swimming pool area.-Leave the patio door open during breakfast and lunch for smokers
