The hotel is very centrally located, the rooms were very nice and clean and the food was also very good and plentiful. The area is very nice. We will come again.

We are pensioners and wanted to really relax and unwind.But everything turned out completely differently.Since it is a family hotel and it was school holidays in Bavaria and every family was there with 2-4 children.Accordingly, the peace and quiet was over, from early to late in the evening there was only noise.The parents didn't have control over their children, the children could do whatever they wanted and the children had no respect.Everything was fine with the hotel, breakfast and dinner were very tasty.The staff was nice and helpful.

For hiking enthusiasts, the hotel is an ideal starting point to explore the beautiful surroundings.The rooms are also a plus point - living on two floors creates a special feeling of space and is particularly practical for families. A small disadvantage is the sofa bed, which is only partially comfortable as a place to sleep due to its hardness. A sauna facility in the house would also be desirable to perfectly round off the wellness area.Overall, the Donna Klosterhof is a recommended address for a relaxed holiday with friendly service, ideal for families and hiking enthusiasts!

Maybe ok for people without demands.Not for us.Ready-made food, cheap products and a room that reminds you of camping. The bathroom is completely made of plastic. I've never seen anything like it.There are no normal pillows either, just strange flat rags. Also, we didn't understand the construction of the curtains. In our roomA 129 it was daylight.A lot of things here need to be revised and renewed.The only thing that is good is the children's club. A real effort is being made here. You can also go on great trips. It won't be boring.

We stayed 3 nights with our grandson. This can be recommended for holidays with children; the all-inclusive package is acceptable but not extraordinary. Sometimes you feel like a thief because there are so many rules about how you should use the offer.

We stayed there for 5 nights and felt very comfortable. The food was delicious and there was always something for everyone. The swimming pool is very large and our room was also very spacious, with a great bed. Everything was very clean and we didn't miss anything.The staff is very friendly and always trying hard.Conclusion: We will definitely come back. :-)The only drawback and therefore the point is deducted. We got a ticket for parking, even though the lady at the reception assured us that you were allowed to park exactly there, despite repeated and detailed questions. Of course that was very annoying for us...

We were there with the family in the summer.The location and surroundings are really worth it. The rooms are very nice, standard, but sufficient. We were mainly there because of the free swimming pool. This is really practical. The food was always very tasty and varied. There was a children's buffet for the children.However, the big wait began every morning for breakfast. Given the amount of people on summer vacation, the gallery was closed for breakfast every morning. You waited for what felt like an eternity because there wasn't a free table and it was only after you'd called attention to it several times that it was opened. This is not how I want to start my morning.The little card on the table also stimulated heated discussions. I can understand that you don't want to fill your bags with breakfast, but the price list for bread rolls or the care package was absolutely overpriced.Dear hotel, you offer all inclusive, if I have a day trip planned then I paid for my lunch. Offer the opportunity to register the evening before and instead of lunch, you can hand out a care package like this.Despite everything, we recovered.This was our second time there. Price/performance is ok, but you shouldn't expect luxury.

For me the hotel was more of a youth hostel and not a 3 star hotel.- all inclusive ends at 9:00 p.m- Balcony is shared with other visitors- Sauna or steam bath too- No minibar (was difficult at night if you wanted to drink something, luckily Rewe was nearby)- Unfortunately drinks/food are not allowed in the roometc..Lots of rules and lots of prohibitions.Suitable for young people (as a school trip). Partly suitable for families with children aged 6 and over. Not so much for couples.

We were guests for a week with a family (4)! With all inclusive! The food was really delicious all day long and always plentiful and varied throughout the week. The kitchen is thinking. The service is quick and very friendly. People often like to speak Czech - but I don't speak it that well...! The hotel is almost always fully booked - but you are always guaranteed your place. It's loud while eating (?!)The drinks: Personally, I didn't like anything here apart from the cocktails for €6.50! The red and white wine must apparently have overcome a hurdle to be served (a normal person cannot understand that) - the draft beer is certainly tasty but not the best! But you have to pull out your wallet for the wheat beer - you pay for tea or coffee!! (Even with all in???)The soft drinks are super sweet whereas a non-alcoholic beer also costs money!!The rooms:Basically that's all well and good! But the space in the wet room has been lost! Cleaning takes place every other day for economic reasons - if you were in the Bundeswehr, you can even make the beds tidier!The swimming pool is large and well maintained! Who is now hoping that despite - after a very, very long time - the sauna and the steam bath will be accessible? HE IS DISAPPOINTED! The pensioners would have occupied it long ago anyway! Just scratch it for the future!!The hotel is really nice and the staff seems nice! If it's just not there, or just can't speak German - there are a lot of instructions or rule notes (don't jump off the edge of the pool, please avoid unnecessary screaming, don't use the elevator if you're under 16 years old, don't take a glass into the room - there are REMINDER costs waiting, but don't pack an apple one - you immediately get scared)The location isn't that bad!!! A Rewe nearby, hiking trails right on the pulse - Hohenbogen with summer toboggan run, natural pool, fitness equipment for practicing. Day trips invite you to Czech or Bavarian agricultural towns.

We spent a 4-day short vacation on an all-inn basis with our granddaughter. The lighting in the room could have been brighter, otherwise everything was great, very clean including the optimally heated indoor swimming pool as well as the very good food and very good service. We can therefore recommend this hotel with a clear conscience

We have already been on many cheap short holidays, but this time you have a good hotel with a large selection of food and drinks for little money.The breakfast is varied and very good. The pool is good. The staff very friendly and helpful.
