Very quiet location. Parking spaces in the courtyard. Rooms clean and well maintained. I had a welcome bottle of water. Small balcony. Roller blind and very commendable, a fly screen. TV and WiFi. Staff very nice and helpful.

An excellent home! Even the double rooms are equipped with a small kitchenette so you can cater for yourself. Excellent beds, we were allowed to sleep in the pine wood bed. A good-to-use balcony with a direct view of the reservoir. Swimming area right in front of the front door. There was mosquito protection in front of all the windows, perfect.The bookable breakfast is absolutely recommended, nothing was missing.A good starting point for hikes and it was 15 minutes by bus to Passau city.We really liked everything and we would like to thank the Sprödhuber family again!

Very friendly accommodation near Passau. The room was absolutely sufficient for us, the beds were very good. Everything is clean and lovingly furnished in a slightly rustic style. Super friendly service and lovely breakfast. We were completely satisfied.

Really nice, cozy and spacious accommodation with super nice owners. We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. The location is also great - remote, quiet, idyllic and yet you can quickly get to the center.Very, very good with small children!Thank you for everything.

Wonderful, quiet place very close to Passau on the river with a natural swimming pool. The farm has many animals. Very good hiking opportunities.Very friendly owners, delicious breakfast, clean, spacious apartment. Well equipped. Unfortunately, the furnishings are quite outdated (lamps, pictures, carpet...)Would love to come back.

We booked the Ilzer Perle holiday apartment in the Hals district of Passau for 11 nights. This apartment is spacious with 2 bedrooms, living/dining area with open kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need and would expect even with a 4 star classification. All the furniture is high quality. The great and large bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet further enhance everything. The covered balcony with a view of the Ilz dammed here and the weir extends across the entire apartment area. 4 outdoor chairs and 1 table as well as a clothes horse are available. We also used the bread roll service offered. Since chickens are kept in the yard, we were able to buy fresh eggs there. The location is ideal as a starting point for hikes in the Ilzschleife area. For restaurant visits I can recommend the Hacklbergstüberl, the Andorfer Weissbierbrauerei and the Gasthaus zur Triftssperre.

1977 – 202245 years of vacation on the farm farm. Thank you for all the hospitality, experiences, adventures and hours spent together. There is just something magical about the place and the people here: they are very attractive and you always enjoy coming back here. We are already looking forward to the next time!

Fantastic location, right on the Ilz. Great with children: you can help with feeding and brushing the pony. There are also some scooters, bobby cars and a games room with Lego Duplo, table tennis and table football. Hiking along the Ilz is possible from the farm. Passau city center is easily accessible by bus, on foot or by bike. Great opportunity to go on holiday on the farm without a car - it's hard to find... Nice hosts :-) we're already planning our next visit!

The sprödhuber holiday apartment is very comfortably furnished and spacious. From the Burgblick holiday apartment with balcony you have a beautiful view of the horse stables, the castle and the IlzThe Sprödhuber family and grandma are very friendly. Working in the stable is fun for the children. The bus stop is not far away. We have already booked for next year

We were here for five days and absolutely loved it.The landlords and the “grandma” are very nice.Breakfast was delicious.Accommodation was good.The area is awesome. Great to switch off.But it's not far to Passau either.And the “summer seat” is really an insider tip. The outside looks like a farmer's museum and the inside is modern and well furnished.😀👍I say thank you and we will definitely come back.

It was definitely a vacation that left a lasting impression; we have rarely felt so comfortable. The location on the edge of Passau, the apartment, the quiet and soothing manner of the hosts are a good mix and contributed significantly to our relaxation, even our grandson was completely satisfied. The farm is recommended without reservation.

If you want to spend a nice holiday on the farm with your family, this is the right place for you. Great rooms, playroom for children, farm with lots of animals. You are very welcome to help with the stable work. We recommend.
